Yeah. If you're getting rid of the move and not replacing it with anything, just say it; otherwise, post what you're changing it too.
If your pokémon just evolved, you can change its signature move or get rid of it entirely. There's no opportunity other than that, so be careful if your pokémon is moving on into final stage.
