  • WELL NYEH THIS ISN'T ASB

UMMMMMMMM USUALLY BUT NOT NOW :(

(Yeah. And I do it for everything.)

    *Makes it unawkward somehow*

Well... I still want to keep the story, but I don't mind a change in the experience system at all. In fact, I would be fine if Arylett decided to completely revamp the system and suddenly we only have five moves now. It'd be a bit harder to choose, but if it makes it easier for her I'm all for it.
    QUICK ATTACK+QUICK ATTACK+QUICK ATTACK+QUICK ATTACK+QUICK ATTACK+ TAUNT, THEN.

WELL I JUST HAD A DIFFERENT TYPE OF DESSERT, SO

(It's pretty bad, yeah. D: But once I heard about that I just couldn't not do it. Although it's more of a half-assed sort of EV training than anything... when I get impatient I just catch a neutral nature and don't count the points. The only thing different is that I don't allow my hypothetical espeon to go training against machop.)

    Well then, um...

It looks like the votes are going in our favor, though.
I haven't been even able to find a job and if I do, I have other things I need to spend the money on so I wouldn't be able to buy games anyway.

...Did you wipe out the first time in that level 1 run?

Well, the only part I don't like is that I have to read everyone's posts. But then, if I just did it based on number of posts, people would just post sloppy, crappy stuff all over the place rather than it being about quality, Which is why I would have to think carefully.

Well, not really that. I encourage importance in the plot, but his character's story doesn't include anybody else, it's just self-centered and based on two characters whilst everyone else just sort of fawns over his extremely unpleasant (I'll be honest, his character really actually annoys me. When Anna was bitching at him, that was me expressing how annoyed I was at his character) character like he's some sort of god and follows him around like a leader. Even my characters don't get that sort of thing, and I'm the DM. It seems that his little sidestory could potentially encompass and consume the entire plot, and I really don't want that to happen.
Well, better than no money, I suppose. I didn't think it would be a lot anyway. I don't have much else, I barely have money in the first place for these new games, they're so damned expensive.

In general, I'm just not into the whole self-challenges thing. I like to do the bare minimum, and then I stop playing. Or I play it again and again doing the exact same things and I never get bored.

I would never... there's a No-EXP ability? Who on Earth would use that?

    Oooh, right.

That's what I would like to do, yeah, it would take a lot of thinking though. I'd have to think up something totally weird and different.

I just also don't want any co-DMs. I invented Sanctic alone, and I want to keep it, alone. It's sort of the reason why Butterfree doesn't have anybody working on TCoD except herself. It's mine, and I just don't want to share it with anybody else. Which sounds selfish, but ultimately, that's just how I feel.

Mostly the parts about Exo-Raikou's characters.
    QUICK ATTACK+TAUNT COMBO!

    RESISTING THEM IS HARD

(I know! And I've been playing it almost every day. This happens in every pokemon game I own, I have like fifteen pokemon and I insist on EV training them all. And because I have so many my team is always underleveled, and... oh well. Next time I'm planning a monotype, so I have less of a chance to be obessive and catch a ridiculous amount of pokemon.)

(Hmm... well what about pokemon with a speed boosting nature? Are you EV training them?)

Oh. :/ Well practice makes perfect!

I'm not sure if I'll make a new one, either. If everyone else does I might, but I'd prefer a second time skip or at least keeping our current characters.
I've got two PS3 games. One is The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion and the other is some Tony Hawk game I can't remember the name of. Also, Metroid Prime, Spyro: Enter the Dragon, Tekken 4, Final Fantasy X (I have two copies of it), and some PS2 motorcycle game.

    >: I don't like Nuzlockes. I don't really do them because I hate the thought of wasting hard work for nothing. Although then again, I'm a real brat about my Pokémon fainting, and usually restart the game if they do unless I haven't saved in ages or it's a crucial battle.

I'll agree on that, Expert Mode IS harder than Proud Mode. And I've heard of Critical Mode, it's just insane. I would never try it even if I had the game.

Wow... that sounds kind of awful. I wouldn't like to reach my hands in any holes. Do you have another controller?

Hmm... I'm not certain. If I did it, I would have to do some serious thinking. And they could stay in their current form. It's just mostly that I want to revamp the EXP system. And I just don't like the idea of anybody else managing Sanctic with me, to be honest. I thought of it... but... ultimately, splitting the duties with somebody else would feel awkward because of the disagreement whether or not a post might be good. I might more do a time skip, I suppose. The hiccups would mostly be that there are some elements in the story... that I don't want to be there and would like to get rid of with a restart.
I'M FASTER THAN YOU, SO I TAUNTED BEFORE YOU COULD MAGIC COAT AND YOU COULDN'T USE MAGIC COAT BECAUSE YOU WERE TAUNTED

I WANT SOME MARSHMALLOWS. THIS IS MADE WORSE BY THE FACT THAT THERE'S AN UNOPENED BAG OF THEM IN THE KITCHEN

(I need to work on my actual game. I think there's something wrong with me, because I've had it since the release date and I haven't beaten the E4.)

    Exactly.

(But what if your alakazam has a low speed IV? What nature is it?)

Oh. Well, there's always digital art!

I don't really want to, honestly. :( I like messing around with Rebecca and her relationships. And if we restart the RP, almost everyone will get new characters and then everything we had built up will be gone.
    TAUNT CAN'T MISS

    DELICIOUS

(Okay. It's been a while since I read it, but it'll be nice to hear what your opinion is!)

Like what ability I chose in a mafia.

(Well what about something super fast then.)

Oh damn. Well... I guess it's over now, I'll have to see what I can get for what I've got.

I'm like that in Pokémon games too, except minus starter exclusive. I train EVERYTHING with such insane equal precision that the whole ends up being lower leveled that people who train one. So then I usually have to grind every two gyms or so, and get bored, and then restart the game or something. But yes, Staraptor is pretty awesome. I had one that kicked everyone's ass in Wi-Fi.

I only found the early parts of the game harder because they didn't introduce Cure earlier, but it seemed pretty easy after I got Cure. Well, as easy as you can get on Expert Mode. And ah, damn, I know nothing about modding. I can't see why they just can't bring it to America. What is their problem?

...Wow. But a fair thing, really, a fair thing. Reminds me of the time I broke my PS2 controller's vibrate function from throwing it so hard on the ground.

A timeskip might be nice, yes. Although I do feel like I want a fresher story, something that moves faster. It wouldn't start in the facility at all, and everyone could just use the same forms and characters, but I would revamp the entire EXP system, I might even take it out because it's become a burden on me to manage, to be honest. If we did a timeskip, we'd still have to acknowledge all the prior events as canon, including a few hiccups. I'll present an option to everyone in the thread...
Yeah, those things tend to be like that.

(I'll be selling some games at Gamestop, so I'll maybe be able to afford a new one if they decide not to be cheapskates and only pay me absolutely nothing.)

(I refuse to grind though! I will beat that game, die trying, or restart the entire game later and make sure that I'm adequately leveled up throughout so I don't have to spend hours sitting there. I'm just that stubborn.)

(The more the Cure was updated in KH1, the more it cured. Curaga could cure up to full heath, I believe, or at least, a really large amount. And does it really matter if your allies are cured? I mean, yes, they were vital to my strategy, but they rarely died with me. Also, I like using magic to fight. Using the Keyblade bores extensively bores me. And even without magic, there were some cool attacks in KH1 that needed MP. Like Strike Raid, Sonic Rave, Ragnarok, etc. Those were awesome and fun. They aren't in KH2, because of how the MP system works. Although they are in Final Mix, but that's a different story. No import for us. I still just prefer KH1's magic system far far more.)

(...Holy balls, are you SERIOUS? That is awful, I can seriously see that. I would personally toss my television out a window of some sort.)

    (Hee hee.)

(Also, about Sanctic, I was thinking about restarting it... because I'm really getting bored with the setting and nobody seems to be adequately using their characters or anything and we just seem trapped.)
    YA RLY. I USED TAUNT

    THAT'D BE DELICIOUS

    (Welcome.)

    I suppose.

(Oh. Still, if you encounter a reuniclus/blissey/whatever you're screwed. And trick room is also a thing that exists!)
YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO USE YOUR TELEPORTING ABILITIES, THOUGH

UNLESS YOU'RE GETTING POKED WITH A MARSHMALLOW

    ('Kay. TQFTL and Morphic.)

Well, you're only losing by ten points total. There's still a way to make this up! :)

(Aren't you not allowed to trade in Nuzlockes? Either way, good luck. Aren't alakazam ridiculously frail?)
    Have you killed it before?

Ah, I'm just insane, I suppose. I like to put myself through large amounts of torture even for one tiny little reward. Case en point: me replaying FFX-2 to get 100% all because I just want to see Yuna and Tidus get back together.

(I'll get it and see for myself.)

    (Then I forgive you.)

(I don't think that would be any better. I'd become impatient with the allies fighting, and I don't trust AI to hold its own, so they'd probably just prolong a slow and horrible death. It would have been easy to program something to randomly decide the leader. Then you could switch to Medic and have that person revive your old leader, and it would swap the focus back to them.)

(Ah, I'm just lazy. I hate grinding of any sort. I might try it next time I play though as I do want to get a lot of things done I didn't even look at.)

(Oh and Goofy NEVER ran out of MP. Because he had MP Haste, which meant essentially that every time he hit something, he would regain MP. It was an awesome game-breaking thing that most people don't think of because they think the AI characters are useless. They can be used to great advantage.)

(Actually, I think KH2 is a bit harder than KH1. The Drive Forms made things better, sure, but I always hated using them because I didn't want to waste my drive gauge and wanted to save them for important situations. And as for the MP bar? I hated it so much more because seriously, whose idea was it to make a bar that when it depletes, you need to wait until it recharges? It made using magic so much more of a chore. In KH1, when you hit things, you had a small MP charge gauge on the side that would get you more MP and keep the flow of MP going, and it made spells easier for me. I didn't feel like I was wasting anything. And lastly, the thing that really got to me? You can only use Cure ONCE as it depletes your entire MP bar. I really hated that. In KH1, you could keep using it again and again and again as long as you had the MP for it.)

(Yeah, I've seen that, Heartless Angel. Man, you must've felt determined that day to try so many times.)
    LINOONE CAN RUN REALLY FAST

    THEY DO

(To which one? I can do that, once you specify.)

Hehe. Good luck! I know I could never beat them. I'm not sure about how quick my battle will be, but both of my battles are pretty well into the fray. They just need to be updated.
    WELL THAT'S TOO BAD

    LIKE FARFETCH'D STICKS

(^^; Oh. Well, it's pretty good. It's also sad, though. Almost worse than Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. And on the rainteicune... I sorta meant The Quest For The Legends instead of Morphic, but it'd be nice to know both. TQFTL is really huge, but also pretty good. However, because of the slow updates I sorta forget what happens between chapters.)

I suppose. I think it'd be better if it was a free-for-all, but teams would work too. Like if I indoctrinated Metalos into ASB that'd be a good in-story fit... and then you and Glace could go together. You two haven't had much interaction, but I suppose your personalities would mix well. But if Arylett and Glace are playing with Metalos then obviously teams wouldn't work out. Oh well! Let's not sweat the details, because the time to do it is very far off~
No, no direct involvement with the Crusaders at all. That would go completely against everything we've seen and heard about them. It would be indirect if anything, and even then it's a touchy subject.

The Joleton is a work-in progress. x3 He might not appear, at least not yet.
WELL YOU CERTAINLY WOULDN'T NEED JUST YOUR EYEBALLS

ESECIALLY IF IT WAS DELIVERED BY AN ANGRY LINOONE

("Hey, Psy! Oh, um... I mean... hey Sayne... I'm just going to go now..." Yeah, that. I'd love to read it, but I've never saw it at a bookstore. :( That does sound cool, though... reminds me of rainteicune. Have you ever read Morphic?)

I think it would! And if everyone agrees and it's only one battle, how could it be bad?
