• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

  • nice, nice. my sphere of influence grows ever wider... should you wish to live, you must add the badge of eif to your signature...
man, I was so not expecting that one, haha. (and it's obviously because I'm a good little eif.)
and yet the Baby Bug Ball Brawl didn't. I'm somewhat amused. (clearly the love for snek runs strong)
From what I've heard, PC has better performance, better loadtimes, and a larger playerbase. You'd also have the ability to mod textures and stuff. It would help to have a USB controller, but it's not necessary.
Whoops, yeah, I'd forgotten about that. I thought you might want to wait at least until the 15th or so, but if you're fine with closing it now, I'll do it. Thanks for the reminder, and sorry about the inconvenience!
Yep. I'd highly recommend it though. It's probably been the most interesting, creativity-inspiring game I've ever played. The gameplay is nothing to write home about, but the setting and world building is so imaginative and original. Story's great too, like a good anime.
Yep, it is! I played it from beginning to end, and it was pretty amazing. Although I couldn't get my hands on it either... so I had to find it via other means. Heh.
    "AMERICA! AMERICA! AMERICA!"

I'm imagining this like the pelicans in Finding Nemo.
Closer to "single sets of commands", but not necessarily a single set of commands. One past Best Strategy winner was when Negrek used some wild Lotad in the arena as (non-)human shields, for example. Basically, it's one particularly interesting idea used in a battle.
I'm not really following ASB at all at the moment, but I approve regardless.
Right! That's what i intended for originally, but i suppose i was rather unclear about that. I'll clarify in the main post, thanks!
All right, so: as far as i've been able to plan it in the three minutes that i've given it thought, it seems like it would make sense to have a sign-up thread (hopefully up within the next... day at least), assign a deadline, and then at the deadline assign a partner to each person. Then you PM them who they're buying for, and they can make their deliveries whenever. I know you're the one who voiced interest in the first place, so does that sound workable to you?
Hey, i hope your trip to Japan went well! I was wondering if you'd be interested in organising an ASB secret santa with me.
