Procrastination is my liiiiiiiife~ I've spent all day watching Doctor Who with my housemate. I did a bit of reading, but it was one of those "Why say in 10 words what you can strech out to 50!"-type articles and I lost the will to live.

Yeah, the characterisation of FFX isn't the best. The characters sort of fall into one of two caterories: "lacking any discernable personality at all" (Kimarhi, Lulu, Auron) and "painfully annoying" (Tidus, Yuna, Wakka, Rikku). They do sort of grow on you, but you're right about the plot being full of holes. The most major one being, I think, WHY DON'T ALL THESE PEOPLE JUST MOVE A MILE INLAND??
Also, the idea that Blitzball could possibly be a form of entertainment.

Oh god, the laughing scene. One of my housemates knew about the laughing scene despite having never played the game because apparently if anyone knows anything about FFX, it's HA HA HA HA HA HA HA. HA HA HA.

Oh no, trolling ovens are horrible ): Is that at home, in a student house, or at uni accomodation? In my first year, when I lived on campus, our cooking facilities were a kettle and a microwave. And we weren't catered. We basically spent the year living off microwaved macaroni and cheese and cup-a-soups XD
