Name: Zander

Name: 20

Gender: Male (has to :P)

Species: Gallade

Greatest Fear: Heights ( Deathly afraid of heights)

Appearance: Like any other Gallade, he has a black lower body that consists of bold rounded hips with strong legs. The torso is thin and colored in a balance between the blood red of its upper body, and the white of its lower body. Sharp red hornlike protrusions stick out of the chest and back similar to Gardevoir. Zander's arms are shaped like tonfas, with extendable blades in the elbows. His head resembles a gladiator's helmet, with a white face. Like his counterpart Gardevoir, Zander has spikes on the sides of his face.

Personality: Competly loathes Big Brother. He wants revenge for not even trying to catch the gengar that violated his mother. Cold, and reserved. But he is reckless and is always ready to protect his friends without a second thought. He is merciful and a strong believer of the Bushido (AKA. The code of the warrior).

Biography: Was a result of a Gengar raping a Gardevoir. His mother loathes his father, but loves Zander. They never caught that Gengar, and they did not even try, so he hates them for it. At a young age, he nearly fell off of a giant cliff and was saved just before he meet his end by his mother. And she gives a lot of pressure to Illidan to become a Gardevoir like herself. But he never wanted to become one. He wanted to become a Gallade, and at a young age, he found a Dawn Stone and hid it from his mother. Right before he was to evolve from a Kirlia to Gardevoir, he whipped out the Dawn Stone and became a Gallade instead. At that moment, his mother was furious, but it was in her nature to he understanding, so she still accepted him. Now he is waiting for the pertect time to strike at the Inner Government.

Other: He wants to overthrow the government and is biding his time to overthrow the government. And I redid the coloration. And tell me if I need to do anything else to my form.

Duuuude second character, dude.

Name: Milla
Age: 11
Gender: Female
Species: Meditite
Greatest Fears: Pain, full paralysis or being unable to move, drowning, diseases, the possibility of going insane, 'freedom', death, criticism or knowing she did something wrong, loneliness, getting old, and really, anything she doesn't know about. Milla is equally scared of all these things.

Appearance: Well, Milla is humanoid, with a grey drop-shaped head. Her arms and legs are blue, though her feet and abdomen are the same grey as her head. Like all female Meditites, Milla's ears are low on her head and there are eternal red marks on her cheeks. Her eyes are flat black, and Milla is very often smiling. Milla's light grey colour around her feet is oddly long, going up her legs so it appears she's wearing boots, unlike the rest of her species. Small white bands run around her wrists like bracelets, and Milla wears a small yellow feather behind her ear.

Personality: Milla is very shy and paranoid, fully trusting in the.. idea of Big Brother. She completely believes everything that was fed to her, and that she is loved by Big Brother, though she may not be the most important Pokemon ever. Despite her appearance, and the fact that Meditite is usually a fighting Pokemon believing in the warrior's code, Milla is afraid of a great many things and will shy away from physical work. Otherwise, she does her best to work for Big Brother, and is ever on the lookout for Pokemon that aren't what they seem to be. Milla panics easily, though knows how to bring her ever rising fear under control and spends the few free moments she gets meditating. What would she do otherwise?

Biography: Milla was born to a Medicham and Hitmonchan, living with them under Big Brother for her entire life. Until she was seven, Milla was fed the usual lies and told to trust the government, but unlike most seven year olds, she became more devoted to Big Brother than any other, for whatever reasons. So when a few days after her birthday, Milla's Hitmonchan father was taken away for questionable reasons, she had a panic attack and became the twitchy, shy Milla she is today. To this day, Milla lives alone with her mother, never talking or thinking about her father ever.

Ever. Other than that, Milla and her mum live comfortably under their small roof of a home, not making any trouble.

Other:

Thar we go.

Name: Holly

Age: 14

Gender: Female

Species: Treecko

Greatest Fear: Crying, appearing vulnerable, and feeling unknown/painful emotions.

Appearance: She's a Treecko, basically. Smooth, almost lime green skin excluding her cherry-red front torso. She has short, lean limbs with small hands and slightly overlarge feet. Both her hands and feet have tiny retractable hooks that allow her to scale walls and trees; her feet having a larger number of them. Her eyes are a dull gold, and about the size of one of her hands. She has a large, darker green tail with a linear indentation down the middle, typical of a Treecko. She looks rather normal, aside from being slightly underweight and having a small number of scratches on her, focused mostly on her arms and legs; to run she drops to all fours, and there is always the occasional piece of scrap metal in an alley or loose bit of wire around the city that she will inevitably brush against accidentally.

Personality: Back when her life was typical, when she reluctantly believed in Big Brother's love, when Holly's family was alive; then she was different. Joyful and carefree, she ran around with her best friend and enjoyed life to its fullest. But not now. She's changed. She's become harder, more bitter. Now she believes wholeheartedly that Big Brother is in the wrong, and that one Pokemon can't make a difference no matter how hard they try. She's selfish, and often dwells on how much she hates her life, even if she should be concerned for others at that moment. She's no longer a social Beautifly; you could say that she's bad with Pokemon in general. She is generally tactless and says things bluntly with no sugarcoating. If someone so much as looks into her eyes, she glares back with a vengeance. Despite this, when she gets attached to someone, she finds it hard to let go of them. (Although she doesn't get 'attached' in the romantic sense.)

If given a very, very good reason to, she'll genuinely laugh; a rare sound. She will cry out of physical pain, but not emotional. She's spent all of her tears, and has toughened herself to prevent any hint of a relapse. She tends to analyze things deeply, but her emotions will always get the better of her, especially anger; if angered she generally acts and talks on impulse rather than thinking it through carefully as per normal.

She's scared. She doesn't want to lose someone again, like she did her parents. She talks to nobody, gets attached to nobody. Becomes friends or allies with nobody. Because Holly knows that she wouldn't be able to survive another hit like that. She's scared to let the more raw, overwhelming, less common emotions take hold of her—generally pure joy or sadness. She doesn't like the unknown, but has come to accept it (unknown events, at least) as part of life; the future is a mystery.

Biography: Holly lived a normal life, with her Sceptile mother and Grovyle father, who never evolved because he simply preferred his current form over that of a bulky Sceptile. She had a friend, a Charmander, who she'd run around happily with, oblivious to her parents' subtle displeasure with Big Brother. She was especially close to her father— her 'best-best-friend' as she childishly called him. She was likeable, but although Pokemon gravitated towards her bright personality she refused all offers of friendship and stuck to her buddy.

When she was eleven, she left her and her friend's families during a small get-together so she could wander the streets and get some air. When she returned, her house was in ruins. Her parents were gone, and the corpses of her friend and his parents still haunt her. That day she became homeless, and chose to live off the street rather than in an orphanage; she knew that she had a chance of being assigned to new parents who would never be proper replacements, and the orphanage owners would probably slam layers and layers of sympathy on her. She hated sympathy. She grew up, learning to hate her life and hardening her heart against others. She began analyzing, looking for the meaning of Big Brother's orders, and eventually (somehow) began to believe that he had something to do with the presumed deaths of her parents. Knowing this, she has accepted the possibility that she may be a minor fugitive, and is always wary of those working in the government.

Other: She lives off scraps and leftovers, and more and more often has to steal to be able to eat. And, obviously, she's against Big Brother.

Name: Stronius

Age: 26

Gender: Male

Species: Magmortar (If a Treecko's humanoid, then i figure that Magmortar fits the bill)

Greatest Fear: Drowning. Being a creature of pure fire, Stronius will not go near a deep body of water, unless assured that there will be a means to cross. He also fears companionship, as he was once betrayed by his closest friend

Appearance: Stronius resembles a humanshape being with salamander characteristics. His body is round and covered in flames, and he has fire coming out of his shoulders, as well as several spikes on his back. His arms are cylindrical and end in very sharp claws. He can retract his claws in to make the arm look like a cannon. Also, on an interesting note, instead of being varying shades of red, his body is varying shades of blue, resembling blue fire.

Personality: Stronius is a rather reclusive Magmortar, usually hiding in the shadows of the city. He is very touchy, and tends to lash out at any who get near him, sometimes peacefully, sometimes with blue fire. He gives no reason to why he does this, just a warning to not approach him. He gives no reason to whether or not he cares for the current way the city is being run, though one time he did hint that he would enjoy seeing some new light on the city, this is what led to his shunning of all others

Biography: Stronius was born in an isolated part of town, and his only friend was an Electivire (then an elekid) whose name is lost to time. Stronius and his friend spent all their days trying to survive; they depended on one another for help; one would always go out to find food, while the other would guard their "home." Eventually, they evolved, and became even stronger. Exactly how they reached their final form is unknown, but when they did, they resolved to make a name for themselves. It was only a few days after they had reached their final form that Stronius made his offhand remark (something along the lines of "I'm getting tired of the current system; pokemon like us need to become more significant") His friend did something unthinkable: he betrayed Stronius to the loyalists of the city's system. Stronius was beaten by these loyalists to the point of death. He knew that his friend had betrayed him (not to mention exaggerating his words.) And in an act of vengeance, found and killed the Electivire. From that day forward, he vowed he would never seek companionship, for in this city "all that you can rely on is yourself."

Other: The whole "blue flames" deal indicates that while his fire is more powerful, he tires quickly.

I'm going to finish this later, once I think up an expansive personality and biography.

OKAY.

I added everyone who is accepted, but I would prefer that the people who reserved would get their forms in or back out before we can start. So hurry hurry!

Well, you might need a second character then, Xaldin... Someone has to actually be loyal to BB, and try to hunt down all those disloyal 'scum':p

Well, it might fit better to have someone else do it then, Xaldin.. I was really mainly speaking to those who hadn't made or finished their forms, tbh.

I guess I'll be your partner if you like, Kali.

I WILL FINISH THIS... AT SOME POINT... OR ELSE.

Name: Marshall
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Species: Hitmontop
Greatest Fears: The sky, heights - almost anything up high. Also, failure.

Appearance: Slightly taller than the average Hitmontop, Marshall is about one and a half metres tall, and due to gradual changes in his species over time tends to walk on his hind legs rather than constantly balance on his head as Hitmontop always used to. With tough, sand-brown skin and sections of harder, blue armour, darker and more protruding than on most Hitmontop, that protects him from physical and special moves alike, he is quite a strong warrior, but tends to excel with mêlée fighting rather than ranged and special attacks. Usually in battles, he flips upside-down and balances on his spiked, spinning-top-shaped head, rapidly rotating on the spot and moving towards opponents with flailing fists and claws.

Personality: Marshall can be very harsh at times (or rather, most of the time), having little sympathy for others. Usually his only aim is to get his job done, but underneath his harsh, cold exterior there is a small flicker of warmth and kindness - one simply has to find it for him. Brave enough for almost any capturing mission given to him and his team, the only thing Marshall is truly afraid of is failing - and heights. Being a Ground-type, going anywhere over 20 feet into the air makes him nervous - over 50 and he'll practically be shivering with terror. He can be rather sadistic at times, enjoying the pain of the citizens he captures. As well as all this, there is a deep, undying desire to prove himself, to show that he can just as strong as any more battle-oriented Pokémon.

Biography: When he was just a young Tyrogue, Marshall was singled out by the government as a good, strong fighter, willing to take almost any job as long as he got to show off his battling skills. Against the will of his family - A Hitmonchan and a Jynx, both of whom worked in a rebellious, anti-governmental group (Although he does not know this) - he was taken from his home one night and put on a brutal training program intended to brainwash him and others into working for the inner government against rebel groups. Now part of a small group, paid by the inner government to seek out suspected rebels and kill them or take them to the government for Arceus-knows-what torture, he sometimes doe snot realise how terrible his occupation is.

Oh oh! Me me! I'll be your partner. Second form:

Name: Herighlin
Age: 18
Gender: Female (Why not?)
Species: Nidoqueen
Greatest Fear: Being cornered. She panics when trapped in a corner.
Appearance: Completely devoid of colour. Most of her skin is white, but in certain spots she is black. She has patches of dark grey skin under her eyes making her look very tired.
Personality: Cruel, seductive, sadistic, and many other horrible features. Getting on her bad side is not a good idea. She has a tendency to spy on pokemon she believes are suspicious, and will report any traitorous pokemon as soon as she has any proof. She will mentally torture people by making sure they remember any mistake they ever made. She never admits her own flaws, even if they are blatantly obvious. She is very touchy about any mention of siblings. She hates being in the spotlight. The more people there are looking at you, the more eyes there are to see your flaws. Though she is powerful, she is also very slow, very heavy, and not very agile.
Biography: Her parents died a couple of years after she was born, and so she was left alone. She didn't mind it so much. As long as she had Big Brother's love to guide her. She did what Big Brother told her to, in action and in thought, and always anticipated the daily confirmation of Big Brother's love. She was a pet to someone she didn't know, and happy to be it. No one is sure exactly what happened but it is said that her twin Brother mysteriously disappeared overnight when she was a small child. They found no evidence that anyone had left, nor did they find him anywhere around his work area. He was just gone. They tortured her until she was near death, but she would never tell what had happened. In the end, they figured she might be in shock, and waited for the day she would reveal the location of her Brother. That day has yet to come.
Other: Big Brother will be obeyed.

Although first, FMC has to approve my first character... >:( Which he hasn't done. Or if he has he hasn't added my name to the list.

Exo- Added.

Chaon- Expand the first form. The second won't be approved no matter how much you expand it though, since Swellow=/= humanoid

They're not in the same egg group, so it's not possible. Unless FMC decides to bend on the rules a bit.
YOU ARE A MURDERER OF LOVE!

Anyways...

Name: Zemhal

Age: 21

Gender: Male

Species: Marowak

Greatest Fear
: Being wrong; failure

Appearance: Zemhal looks like an average Marowak, except there is a red "Male", with an arrow going through it, the symbol of Fatricide.

Personality
: Zemhal is very determined, and quite intelligent. His determination to eliminate Big Brother is attributed to his past, and his intelligence is also stemmed from his past and his age as well. He is able to efficiently his rebel group, however he often is callous, and doesn't seem to care about or love anyone. Because of these traits, he tends to be somewhat antisocial. However, he is a great leader to the rebel group, and his traits lead to him being rather intimidating.

Biography: Zemhal was born to two Marowak, who both feared and mindlessly obeyed Big Brother. Shortly after being born, he was begun to be taught about big brother, however, the entire idea of Big Brother always scared him.

For many years, Zemhal and his family grew up obedient and fearful to Big Brother. Zemhal continued to learn about Big Brother, but instead of feeling as he was supposed to feel towards Big Brother, Zemhal's fear of him turned into hatred as he learned of the different rules that everyone must abide by.

As Zemhal grew up, he developed a friendship with a young Torchic, named Blaziking. The two were both great friends, and together they learned how to close their mind to Big Brother's Psychic spies. The two both hoped to one day overthrow Big Brother.

When Zemhal was 8, his younger brother and Blaziking, both still unevolved, were out on an errand, but because Zemhal younger brother, Erikson, never fully learned how to close his mind to the spies, and the two were taken into the inner government for having such thoughts, never to be seen again. Everyone assumed them dead. Zemhal, when learning of this, turned to his parents for help, however his parents feared the government too much to do anything. Enraged, Zemhal left his home.

After many years, when Zemhal was 14, he traveled to the city of the inner government's headquarters. Here, he began to commit small offenses, such as vandalism and not showing up for the daily presentation to Big Brother, but eventually escalated, until they began resulting in the occasional murder of one of the Psychic spies. His acts became well known, and he soon became public enemy number one to the inner government. A massive bounty was placed on his head, but he either evaded or killed those who were after him.

As he became more well known, more and more people began to rebel, and soon he had become a leader of sorts. When Zemhal was 17, a rebel group called Fatricide was formed, and it soon grew. Many people across Kanjoh helped the rebel group in some form or manner. Some outright joined, and aided in Zemhal's plights, others provided materials or information.

When Zemhal was 19, he overheard information from two inner government members mentioning something about Blaziking. Zemhal, before killing the two members, found out that Blaziking was still alive, and working for the inner government. From this, he has hope that his brother is still alive, and hopes to meet up with Blaziking to have him end this charade.

Other: Nada.
