Cyrus, after finishing his coffee, ran south towards the beach. he found the others waiting in a motor boat. Smiling, Cyrus jumped inside and immediately swung his rod, letting the float bob a short distance from the boat. He waited patiently, either for a fish to bite or for the boat to set off.

As the others all jumped into the boat, Mark turned to Nana and said,"Okay, shoot. What's the quiz?" He meanwhile started up the boat. As they coasted away from the, erm, coast, Mark pulled out his sunscreen and started to spray it over his skin. He hated sunburn...

Croc walked past the Town Hall on his way home, and decided to read the bulletin board. "Whoah, Animal Island? Who knows what kinds of fish I can catch there?" Croc thought aloud.

Once Croc reached the coast, he got there just in time to see the boat drift away. "Darn it all..." He cursed. But sometimes, when you're out of luck, fate cuts you a break.

Croc heard distant singing and looked over at a turtle rowing a boat. "Ahoy there, Kapp'n! Can you give me a lift to Animal Island?" Croc asked the sailor.

"Aye, as long as ye don't mind a sea shanty or two. Hop aboard, Croc, and we'll sing these shanties 'til we can't sing no more!" Kapp'n replied. Croc was never a fan of singing, but how could he refuse? He and the Kapp'n were good friends, and enjoyed fishing together.

And so, Croc and Kapp'n drifted toward Animal Island, sining as they went.

Almond leaped on to the boat. "Wait for me!" She called. She pulled out her fishing rod from her pockets, which, thankfully, was possible, and threw the float out behind the boat. As the boat began to move, the fishing rod trailed behind her. "WHEEE!" She cried.

Hunter walked along the beach, disappointed that he was the only one who didn't get to go to Animal Island. The wolf cast out his line, then realised that he could get into the boat with a running start. He didn't sign up, but why did he have to? Hunter dashed along the coast and took a huge leap into the boat. "Much better," he sighed as he let his fishing line drift in the water. Soon, he got a bite and pulled. "A horse mackerel," he said, and returned the fish to the water. "Bye-bye, fish." Hunter cast out his line again.

Hunter let his line drift in the water. He got a bite, and pulled hard. "Feels like a big one," he remarked, and he pulled the hook above the water.
"A piece of seaweed," he laughed. He re-baited his line and threw it back out.

Cyrus suddenly felt his line tremble. He jumped up and began to pull, spinning in the reel as if his life depended on it, until....

"What... on... earth?" he exclaimed, looking at his 'catch'. It was red and stripy, covered in strange tendril-like fins. It stared at him through bloated eyes. And he laughed. "A Zebra Turkeyfish!" he chiuckled, throwing it back in.

Jax put the line in again. She reeled in her catch. A tire....

"Best put it away so I can recycle it. Or put it down to attract flies." Jax said, stuffing the tire into her bag.

Turning to Nana, Mark replied," An Apple?" Hoping he was right, he pulled a pear out of his pocket, along with a potato peeler. Mark disliked the skins, so he peeled the, erm, peel of and threw it in the water. Taking a bite, he looked off to the left side of the boat and saw Animal Island. Turning port, not starboard, he powerd the boat towards land, and, moments later, hit the sand and jumped off. He spotted O'Hare, and ran off towards him. Pulling off his bag, he reached inside and pulled out a basket of pears. O'Hare thanked Mark and handed him a coupon for one free item from Nookington's. After shaking O'Hares hand, Mark ran back to the shore and started digging.

Cyrus jumped onto the island and immediately ran over to a small peninsula. He cast out his rod again ad began to fish, eating some fruit from his bag as he waited for a bite.

He looked out at the beautiful blue ocean, watching the waves crashing around and the gulls flying overhead. Suddenly, he saw something that made his heart lurch. Inching its way towards the float at the end of his line was a large grey dorsal fin.

Jax slathered on some sunscreen. She dropped her line into the water. She got a bite. A Seahorse.

"I'll keep it." she said, dropping her line again, getting a Sea Bass.

"Hey guys, want Sea Bass for lunch or dinner?" she asked.

Hunter hopped out of the boat onto the shore of Animal Island. He looked around for anything interesting. "There's a crack in the ground here," he said to himself. The wolf took out his shovel and dug, and found a pitfall seed. "Darn, I should have checked first."

Almond leaped onto the sand. She walked up to an orange frog. "What's your name? I'm Almond!"
The frog said, "I'm Drift."

Mark, gazing at the sea, saw something drifting on the surf. Running out into the ocean, he swam over to whatever it was and saw that it was, in fact, a seagull. Grabbing onto the birds arm, Mark kicked his feet and powered himself and his passenger to shore. Laying the snow-white bird on the sandy beach, Mark gently shook him until he finally awoke. Jumping to his feet, the bird explained that his name was Gulliver and that he had been blown from his ship. Thanking Mark for saving him, Gulliver handed him a package and flew off into the air. Opening the package, Mark found a mask with odd markings on it. Turning it over, there was a tag with the words "tribal mask" written in a loopy print attatched to it. Running to the others, and putting the mask on, he said,"You'll never guess what just happened!"

I LOVE THIS RPG!
