• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

Kay hopped off the boat. "Ah, this island is so nice~" she said. Looking around, she noticed how many people were here. eight people had managed to fit on the boat. She shrugged, and went over to the trees to pick up some coconuts. Walking around the rest of Animal Island, she stumbled upon a wooded pole, with a solo white flag flying upon it. "Hm," she mumbled quietly, "We should put a nicer flag up here. Anyone got a good pattern?" she asked to no one in particular.

((Thanks, Blastoise :) I'm glad I finally managed to make an RP which spends more than a few days being active....))

Kapp'n and Croc pulled up to the shore. "Thanks, Kapp'n!" Croc waved goodbye and Kapp'n saluted, drifting back into the sea. He noticed that some of his neighbors were debating what pattern the flag should have.

"Hey guys! I've got a good pattern." Croc held up a sloppy-looking fish pattern. "How 'bout this fishy!?"

Kay looked around at everyone's patterns and smiled. "Ah, I'm never good at making decisions... Though I do like Nana's." She lowered the flag from the pole. "Everyone else's is nice too. If we could, I'd suggest putting everyone's up..." She said, chuckling quietly.

Hunter's eyes widened. "Really? More than one flag? Then take this pattern." He held out a square that was completely dark green, except for a red circle in the middle. The square was divided into four equal parts by thin black lines.

Cyrus smiled at all of the patterns. They were all great. "I... don't have any good ones," he said shyly.

The Shark he had almost caught earleir had escaped - but not before snapping his rod. He was still holding the limp remains of the rod in one hand, watching it dangle hopelessly.

Croc looked over at Cyrus. "Oh, you can have my extra rod. I'm glad I brought two!" Croc said with a chuckle.

Which reminds me, I gotta catch a shark to add to my aquarium.

Jax lay on the sand, waiting for anything interesting to come along. Her net and rod were by her side.

Almond's arm was getting tired. She placed her classy pattern on the ground so that the others could use it for a flag later. She turned to Drift, who appeared to be heading back home. Almond just ran along the sand, shying away when the waves came to her feet.

((Accepted, Glacedon.))

Cyrus accepted Croc's second rod with a grateful smile. "Thanks," he said, and stood up, walking back over to the beach. He was determined to catch that shark...

Mark went to an empty part of the beach and started to dig. Sand flew everywhere, and he saw a crab scurry from a hole he had made. Just then, his shovel hit something and made a DING-THUMP noise. Reaching down, Mark pulled out a Mini Howloid! Tucking in his bag, he filled in the holes he had made and put on his Zebra Shirt.

Suddenly, Almond hit a soft area of ground. She pulled out her shovel and dug it up.
"Yay! A Mega Croakoid! It's pink too!" She stuffed it in her pockets and ran back towards the group, standing next to her classy pattern.
