((Hey, we're allowed Legendary DNA once we meet them? I didn't include any in my form 'cause that's kind of Mary-Sueish, but ifwe only get them when we find them, can I take Suicune?))

How's it Mary Sue-ish? He gave us permission to use legendaries. Plus, even if we did start with them, they'd just be like our "emergency super form" or something.
 
Okay, kids. We're starting the class. XD

I plan to encounter legendaries during the RP, but not all of them. And we can't start with them because both species have been in war, the legends would be away from humans. The DNA we have come from two sources: records from studies and samples taken from raiders. So, if anyone wanted a legendary, I would arrange to meet them so that person could take the Pokemon's code. So yes Zephyrous, you can add Suicune.

Also a clarification of the evolution morphing: in the begining we can morph on basic/baby forms for unlimited time. As we master the D.M., this extends to stage 1, stage 2 and legends. Also don't forget Eevee and other Pokemon limitation.
 
Then when I can transform into a legendary, I will take... Raikou ^^,

Bio: From birth, Emma-Lee was taught about Pokemon, and she is fascinated about the subject. She was raised on a farm, so she grew up hale and hardy, with strong limbs and common sense. Her father was a trainer, and a damn good one, in his day, so she wanted to be like him. Her father sent her to be trained by a good friend of his in the tropics, so she learned hand-to-hand combat quickly and well. In school, when she went, she always stuck up for the bullied children, and scared away the bullies.
Personality: hard-headed and fiery, Emma-Lee loves to fight and hates to loose, but despises those that hurt those weaker than themselves.
Pokemon able to morph: Torchic, Gible, later Latias
Other: I hope to calcium I made sense in my rambles.

Accepted You don't "gain" the power. See a few posts up, I already stated about that.

NOTE: I'm starting the RP soon, any changes on legendaries, pokemon, etc., should be made quick.

(A little character controlling, sorry!)

After a long trip, Paul arrived at Saffron City. Without time to think, he was conducted to a classroom. At least used to be; now only the blackboard gave that hint. Along with him, more teens like him. A new begining for all of them.

Suddenly, the door opened with a slam and a tall, musculed man dressed in green entered the room. He scanned the teens for a second, before starting to shout. "Everyone in formation! I want all of you ladies in a line and looking to me! The first to speak to anyone but me gets kicked to the middle of the demons out there to get his throat sliced and flesh eaten! Now, I'm Commander Surge and this is Saffron City Military School, and you are here to learn jow to handle the D.M. This is not your granma's house, so you won't get cookies and milk before going to sleep! You better get used to it!" He opened his suitcase with a few metalic bracers inside and took one out. "This is why you came here. This machine let's you turn into those demons to do the work of the angels. Each of you will have one of these, and you will learn to master it and finish those monsters! Each of them is programmed especially for each of you." He distributed the bracers with a manual of how to turn it on and morph. After explaining how to morph into evolved forms and the limitations in evolutions, he said "Now to the capture. This device is equipped with a needle that you use to get the Pokemon DNA. Just shoot them. This device's memory can only hold 6 species, and they can't be erased, so chose you preys well. Any questions, ladies?"
 
Gale shook her head. She had no questions; but she was glad that at least she wasn't the one to be poked with the needle.
 
Nerezza pursed her lips. She was bursting to poke fun at this guy and perhaps teach him some humility, but she was not stupid, and this guy looked like he could be trouble. Not from his muscles, Nerezza knew how to deal with men, but from his position of authority, compared to hers. So instead of pointing out to him that several people here were in fact men, she asked, "Are you, by any chance, a descendant of Lieutenant Surge?"
 
Blade just stood there silently. If no one notices you, there's no one to attack you, mentally or physically. He figured that this is the kind of teacher who you don't speak out to in public, and get away.
 
"Yes I am. If I wasn't, I couldn't do this." He activated his D.M. and turned into an enourmous Luxray. He unleashed a terrifying roar and returned to his shape. "But that is a personal question and I don't tolerate personal questions. Go to your room and unpack your things; you have hard training to do. You're dismissed!"

Paul left silently by the room's only door, where a recruit was waiting to give each of them a map. He followed the indications to a big common room without a lot of furniture. There were a couple of doors, with signs saying "Boys Room" and "Girls Room". He went to the boy's and found his bags on one of the beds. He started unpacking.
