Closed Era of Escape

(I always figured they had their own room, and that they were a pair. But I dunno.. if you'd rather we all started in the same place. Maybe we could meet each other as we were leaving the facility. Anyway, waiting for Darksong.)

"So we have our goals. Now how do we get out of here?"

Skirmix examined the walls of the cell. "Clearly, whoever imprisoned us wanted to make the cells out of a material that could withstand attacks from the two of us."

'It would have to be strong stuff then," Fero said, "If they wanted it to withstand a Registeel and a Drapion."

"Point taken," Skirmix said, "Of course, we've yet to master our attack abilities, so they could've factored that in."
 
"I have no idea how to get out, but I would look for outside light," Caradence noted. "Kali... is it possible you could... make a hole in the ceiling? If we can both fly, we can get out that way." She pointed her beak directly up. "My beak isn't strong enough, but for a dragon, it should be easy."
 
"Ah, nothing really. But now I have proof that Pokemon exist!" Mysti squealed.
"Shut up, Mysti." said Bailey as she slapped Mysti.
"Ow!" Mysti rubbed her cheek where she had been slapped. "Anyways, I'm Mysti, and this is Bailey. Who are you?"

Rex straightened himself, silently clearing his throat. He gazed at the two Pokemon. Nodding to them in turn, he said, "I call myself Rex. I'm pleased to meet you two, and maybe you can help me find a way out of here."

Moving his head towards the solid wall on three sides, he sauntered over to it. "As you can see, this wall is perfectly solid and requires lots of force to be broken down." He turned and went to the bars near the door of the cell. "And this"-- he knocked on the metal a bit--"is made of a harder material but with less of it. If I'm right, it can also be electrified, which may either make it weaker, stronger or more dangerous to the touch."
 
"All right, Caradence, I'll give it a try." Kali lifted up into the air, then began to fly straight up toward the ceiling. It was made quite high, maybe 50 feet up. As she got closer and closer, she pulled her paw back and, upon reaching it, she slashed at the ceiling with a Dragon Claw. Unfortunately, feeling the shock of claw on steel, she found the ceiling not to budge. Kali descended back down, trying to slow herself to a more manageable speed this time before landing. She took a couple steps, but landed more stably this time. She turned to Caradence to report. "Nope, the ceiling's some sort of thick metal. I couldn't get through."
 
((HEY! *whips* Can we please refrain from long strings of OOC? If you need it that bad I'll make a usergroup or an OOC thread, but you're just taking up space and making the thread tl;dr for me. Wouldn't make much sense for the DM to drop out, now would it? Ugh, now I need to find where I left off...))

Cara glowered at the woman. "They're right, you know. What if this is a trick?"

The woman simply looked at her with pleading eyes, though Cara couldn't see them.

"It isn't a trick... If you aren't Rockets, then I don't know who you are, but... the rest of us were captured by an army of trainers led by the Dragon Master, Lance... He puts on a facade, makes himself look holy and us like the bad guys... He wants to wipe humanity off the face of the earth..." her voice cracked, but she continued nonetheless, "They captured us all, and locked us in here... Some of us were beaten, raped, and other things by the higher-ups of their organization... I myself was an Executive, I was extremely lucky to escape with a few gashes..."

Cara didn't say a word through all of this. She simply continued to look over the woman skeptically.

"Oops... I didn't send the Pokemon to the right place..." a seemingly-young blond girl mumbled, "Silly me."

"...You didn't send them to the right place." A Darkrai mumbled from behind her, "Fantastic, Amy. Fantastic."

"Shut up, Midnight, and go explain the situation to them."

Are the humans and Pokemon supposed to be together?))
 
Caradence sighed. "Dragons could use fire, but... if it melted, it might hurt you with all the hot metal coming down. Of course, unless you could think of something else." She looked up at Kali sincerely. "I don't mean to doubt you. I'm working as hard as I can to find a way out of this..."
 
(The Pokemon weren't supposed to be in the prison)

"Errrgh...." Wish moaned, "Okay. I've decided. I will help you guys escape. All we need, is right here in this bag. And the toilet. But we have one in here. I brought disinfectant, so don't worry."

She grinned, pulling many things out of her bag. A pair of handcuffs, bandages, books, toilet paper, and more.
 
((Oops, I forgot... >< I could have sworn that was how it was... How about he was thrown in the prison because Luxray is dangerous? :D))
 
(I actually never said I was in a prison... just that we were in some big room, with a metal ceiling... Hmm, maybe we should try... the door?)
