Reminds me of a story I heard where a man sent a picture of a dollar bill to the county as payment for a speeding ticket and was sent back a picture of handcuffs. XD
 
They are really smart. I just cant stopp laughing at that. Its too rich.
Maybe the teller lady thought to just keep the act.

The hancuff story is really funny too. I cant belive the police officer sent a picture of a handcuff.
