• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

Open Spirits return...

Derish was angering at the stranger. He advanded and alowed the flame to grow larger. The sudden inmage appeared to him. The scientist infront of him bleeding holding his arm infront of him. The words he said ehcoed in Derish's mind like an endless cavern. The anger and flame disapeared from his face.Never againDerish thought. That image would never agin repeat even though he wouldn't see it, he knew what it felt like. Derish turned away and walked into thetrees where he couldn't be seen. Nothing was worth what had happened at that location.

Angelo falls onto the floor then floats back up "Fine i will. Now lets get back before the natives get restless." Angelo floats back to the circle and teleports xhan and himself out

((A couple of notes: First: Can you PM me with the future so i can know what to translate? And second: That is the one joke you will ever hear angelo make))

((Sure, noproblem. The rest of you must wait... >:) ... Hm, this RPG is doing better than I thought it would...))

"What natives?" Xhan asked just before they teleported. When they were back in 'the real world' as Xhan was thinking of it, Xhan made sure that nobody had left. The Houndour was gone. And a Houndoom had appeared, but otherwise, all was well. "Well...." He tightened the straps on his backpack. He closed his eyes and briefly searched for Auras. He found the Houndour's aura, and decided upon instinct that the trees might actually be a good idea for the night. "I geuss we should head into the trees. It'll be safer in there, and we can rest for the night." He pointed in the general direction of the trees, opening his eyes. And maybe we can get a translation... And get to know eachother a little bit. I mean, why not? He thought, a grin spreading across his face as he silently walked into the trees.

Firebird sent out more echoes to watch what was going on. Derish seemed to be wandering away for some reason. "Wait!" she called, flitting after him. "What's wrong?"

Vanish closed his eye and nodded. "I'll do that, but I'm naturally nocturnal, so... Firebird and I can keep watch while the rest of you sleep. Is that alright?"

Derish continued walk until he was sure the rest of the group couldn't hear. He turned suddently to Firebird. "You may have heard humans talk about a test facility that was destroyed when a Pokemon escaped leaving no survivors. That facility held a rare compound called Quaris. What 15 kilograms exist on the solar system 2 were used at that facility. Quaris causes a mass in power and is used to create solar panels, 2 of which could power the Kanto region. Before I was blind I was captured by scientist's seeking to create a new breed of Pokemon. Ones that could turn light into power or whatever subtanse that gives them power. They held me for 3 months where I was gaily tested with small dose. They tested me on countless un inhanced Pokemon. Eventually I broke out of that hold and in anger I killed every single one, I've neverforgiven myself. If my anger is pushed beyond my control its possible I could do that again. If my ability's are revealed to humans I may never be free agian." Derish finished. He hung his head and envied the young Zubat's happy life. She had never faced the terrors he knew.

((He asumes this even if untrue))

"Oi!" Xhan motiond for Derish to get into the small clearing he had found. He sat down, and pulled his scarf tighter around his neck as a breeze came through. The new moon offered no light, and the stars didn't have much TO offer. Well, this could be the best place to stay for the night... "Uh, I think I have yet to, uh, FORMALLY introduce myself... I'm, uh, Xhan, from Iron Island, and I have no clue what to do right about now, except..." He put the backpack on the ground, and opened the flap. He pulled out one of the three books, and began searching for Angelo.

Firebird sighed. "I could never imagine what that was like. But my grandfather used to be worse than you. He sacrificed to Cama Zotz, the god we worship, the hearts of innocent Zubat of other colonies. Luckily, thanks to Nocturna, he's ceased that vile behaviour, and we can calm down again.
"But honestly, I don't really know how to control my anger very well. We could be friends, and I could try to help," she offered, furiously flapping her orange wings the whole time.

Vanish nodded.

"I am Vanish of the cave south of Veilstone," he stated. He was hoping to make a good impression, and that he didn't terrify anyone.

Derish smiled. She knew of cruelty but had never tasted it. He nodded, "The only 2 friends I ever had were my mate and Daughter. She was like you only with some of her daddy's features. They were killed in a stampede. I would like to be your friend, BUT you must never tell anyone of what youv'e heard. For all of our safety." Derish finished. A friend was indeed an unknown gift to him.

Xhan nodded absentmindedly. His eyes flickered from left to right, serching for Angelo. "Come on..." He murmered.

Moon spoke up as Xhan was obviously waiting for something. "Hello, I am Moon the Umbreon, I wander the world, looking for a good place to live my life. Anyone know of good spots?" he asked.

((.... Guys.... Would you please stop using colorful words? It's pretty, or whatever, but it's getting on my nerves.*Goes to add a few rules* Thanks. Sorry for being an annying pest.^_^))

Firebird nodded furiously, then flew into the branch of a nearby tree, watching Derish from above. It was starting to get darker now, which made her happy. Now, she couldn't see, but something told her it was getting to be nighttime, because of the Kricketot chirping and the cool winds.

Xhan's attention was diverted by Erican's introduction. "PikaTWO?" He asked, puzzled. "What's that supposed to mean?"

Erican jumped at being yelled at. "Thanks for getting me awake. As for the Pikatwo thing... Well, I'm not excactly a Pikachu. Let's just say I... live with Mewtwo."
