Open Super Mario 64: TCoD!

"Collect 100 to get a star, or feel better after slight injury."

((Since Yoshi's from Mario, he should know about this kind of stuff.))

"Like the Energy Tanks form my world," Rundas muttered, "Interesting."

"Unlike Bird Boy over here, I see no need to show off. Besides that, i've never been shot out of a cannon before, so..."

The Hunter jumped into the cannon, and aimed himself to nar Yoshi's postion.

"New day, new expirience."

"Hey, I heard that, Mr. Superiority. Anyway, my comlink's busted or something. Eh, it'll be fun, I guess." And with that, he leapt into the cannon, while muttering, "note to log. Coin is rough approximate of health pack, less rooted in technology. Still requesting dismissal, you lazy rabbit."

And when I know enough about this world, I'll be able to actually leave to get with the colonizing. Sheesh, why can't Fox come here? But nooooo, he has to be "investingating something important" with Krystal. Gah.

This time Yoshi shot himself high and far. "Wheee!" He landed with a thump on a ridge on the side of the mountain. On closer inspection it was a path that led from the base and up around the mountain. "We gotta wait here," he said to no one, sitting down.

Graveler began to hike up toward the mountain, slowly. A large iron ball with fangs was chained to a post nearby. There was a red coin on top of the wooden post, and the ball was apparently guarding a cage. However, the cage was empty, and Graveler continued, ignoring it when the iron ball attempted to bite down on him with a "ruff, ruff!"
In front of Graveler was now a wooden bridge, and it didn't look stable. Bad news. If he fell off, there would be two problems: one, he would fall back down to the lowest floor and have to come all the way back up; two, he wouldn't be able to get across the gap.
Taking a deep breath, the boulder curled up, then rolled as quickly as he could across the bridge. It swayed tilting fron one side to the other.
Graveler touched land on the other side just as the bridge tilted away from him, doing a full 360-degree vertical spin. The rock, proud of himself, then stepped up the stairs in front of him and kept going.

Kirby followed Yoshi, blasting himself out of the cannon. He undershot a little bit, so he inhaled air to bring him the extra part of the way.

Falco, giving up on trying to aim the cannon, dashed up the mountain path, nlasting anything in his way. He only collected the coins that were not out of his way, and was stopped when a giant ball of iron started approaching, not even being phased by max power settings. "Note to log, stay away from giant biting balls. Laser-resistant, HUGE." He got away and simply dashed across the bridge, illusions flaring out from behind him. Catching up to Graveler, he taunted, "See ya at the summit!" and raced after Yoshi and Kirby.

"Sure!" Graveler called, curling up and rolling over Bob-Ombs in his way. There was a part that sloped down for a moment, which let him gain speed. What Falco didn't know was that taking the path on the left was shorter. Swallowing a stone, Graveler started making his way up the hill on the left, avoiding iron balls on the path to the right.
((To confirm, there's only one chomping iron ball in this course, and that's the one before the bridge, which Falco passed also. The rest of the iron balls are just plain iron balls that roll down the mountain. On the path to the left, there are no iron balls to avoid until you get to the top of the path and continue up the mountain.))

Psi quickly hopped in the cannon and fire himself at the spot where the others were. However he fell slightly down, luckily, he noticed this and floated the inch or 2 to the edge. "Exactly what is it we do at the top?" he asked.

((Improve your grammar a bit, please.))

"We're beating the Big Bob-Omb!" said Yoshi triumphantly, as if he had already done so.

Rundas quickly formed an ice slide midway through his being blasted out. The Hunter was about to head for Yoshi through this means when a water ball came out of nowhere and shattered the ice he'd made.

And jsut when I thought this place was worth staying at...

Falco, panting and sweating profusely, arrived at the point where Yoshi, Kirby, and Psi were, to find Graveler 3 feet ahead of him smiling. "Note to log: talking rocks are EVIL!"

"Now we have to wait for Rundas and Luigi!" said Yoshi happily. It sounded like he thought that this was a big party.

Graveler growled, threatening to roll over Falco. However, he said nothing more and continued up the mountain.

Falco muttered, "Yeah, I'm mean like that" to himself, but grinned sympathetically nonetheless. "Listen. Rock-thingy. You're not from here, either, are you? And, assuming I'm right (not unlikely), why are you here?"

Rundas, falling after his ice slide had been destroyed, decided to perform another daring move:

He pointed his arms below him,a dn formed ice at his feet. He then began to use this ice to form another ice slide, ocne which curved up the mountain.

It worked. Barely. The Hunter shot up the ramp jsut as the ice shattered and landed next to Yoshi.

"So... where did those water bombs come from?"

"I thought I was in Kanto... but where did you come from?" Graveler stopped suddenly as he encountered a ditch in the path. If he fell through, he would land on a lower level. It was wider than he was. "What happens next?"

(Sorry about my gone-ness.)

Ness shot himself up the mountain, and landed a little bit too far to the edge. He pulled himself up with his PSI powers. "Wow, that was fun!"

"I'm from a different planet chain, the Lylat system. And I must say, we're much more technologically advanced than these peoples." He approached the bridge, grimacing. After a moment's pondering, however, he smirked.

"OK, I'll ferry you helpless ones." He experimentally kicked his reflector. It easily spanned the length of the gap, expanding to half the size of Falco, and then clipping straight back to Falco's belt. "This may hold you, and you may fall back down. Who wants to play?" He grinned evilly, as arrogant as ever.
