Open The Hunt for The Ceus Stone

((Um, Male Gardevoir, I think Ace is a Tyrannitar...))

So much excitement in so little time. Where did all these pokemon come from anyway? Another "Crikey!" later, Ride found himself looking at the back of a Tyrannitar's head. The Breloom turned around the Tyrannitar that was standing a yards away has disappeared -- so this Tyrannitar should be the same as the one that was fighting the Zangoose.

Ponos didn't seem too happy, on the other hand. As he threatened the Tyrannitar, Ride scooted further away from the head of the large dragon. He did not want to be in the dinosaur's way when it decides to come completely out of the ground. Ride then attempted to answer the Tyrannitar's question. "Well, Zangoose are said to be pretty aggressive, so... I dunno." The Breloom shrugged then turned to Lux. "Say, why is your dad so jumpy anyway?"

Joshua ducked the energy attack, hissing at the canine Pokemon. He could hear his daughter behind him, her sweet innocent pleading voice. With another growl, he darted off towards Lux.

"I don't have time for you. I need to find the Stone." He hissed, before skidding for a stop next to Lux and Ride. "Let's go, Luxy. You can come too." He added, pointing at Ride.

Then, the Zangoose picked Lux up and coiled her around his neck and shoulders, smiling weakly at Ride. He started to walk off, ignoring everyone but Lux and Ride completely, motioning to the grass type over his shoulder to follow.

Krae's left eye twitched. What type of Pokémon does he think he is? Turning his back toward an enemy. And most importantly, ignoring me!?!? I should teach him a lesson." But he paused as the Zangoose turned to the seviper, he thought he would beat the crap out of her; but instead, he picked her up and put her around his neck. He was cocked his head in confusion. Aren't they supposed to kill each other on sight? Barely resisting his inquisitive side, he concentrated his aura into a ball and launched it. Then immediately, he launched himself to the trees. "They are moving north right? I'm going that way anyway, and I must know why those two won't kill each other."

((Ahhh sorry guys... Didn't realize that there's new posts...))

"Whoa, mate, wait up!" The Zangoose seemed intent on leaving, and had picked Lux up and was walking north. The Breloom jogged to keep up, but peered behind him at the large group of pokemon. "Is it ok to just leave 'em like that? I mean, that Lucario looked pretty pissed..."

And the Lucario probably was pretty pissed, for it launched a ball of energy straight at them and leapt into the trees. Not good. Another yell of "Crikey!" later, Ride found himself looking at the grass on the ground and in quite a bit of pain. He picked himself up and checked himself over. Nothing was broken, so that was good. And his getting hit by the Aurora Sphere is better than the Zangoose getting hit, for the Zangoose still have Lux to take care of and the little Seviper probably won't fair well on her own, due to her condition.

"Mr. Lucario, can you please stop randomly attacking us? Thank you!" Ride turned around and shouted into the trees, hoping that the creature will hear. That Aurora Sphere is going to leave a bruise...

((Okay, I was waiting for SE to post for Malum's attack, but since she seems to have forgotten, I'm going to have Horus do something.))

The Staraptor decided he didn't want to watch the battle; he was never one for combat, preferring to learn about the battles rather than partake in them.

With that in mind, he flew toward the closest treetop, and pulled out an entirely new tablet.

This one is the crown jewel, he thought, if I can decipher this one, I will learn a great secret about the Stone; I can't imagine what it could be, though. Maybe it will why it was made to begin with.

With that in mind, he began to read over the hieroglyphics. They would be his first insight into this secret.

((I haven't forgotten; it's been nagging at the back of my mind all week. Mind you, I did forget before that. Between school and my renewed, apparently-annual, hopeless addiction to Brawl, I simply haven't had time. That, and every time I try to think of what to post, my brain rejects it. I'll try if it makes you happy, but getting back into RPing is one of the worst notions I've had in recent times, and I've had quite a few as of late. I just hope "the being" doesn't find me.

Oh, and I apologize.))

Gladys whipped around, but he was too late. Ruby had gone stiff, lifeless, limp, but she was still alive. Gladys knew what was happening.

"Everyone! Clear out! Take Mistress and run!" he cried, and the band began to jump to it.

((Oh, I completely understand. I've had RPing slumps all the time. They come, and 95% of the time they go. Hopefully, this isn't one of those 5% times.))

If Malum could have grinned, he would have at the sight of the cat Pokemon fleeing.

It's amazing what you can accomplish with one telekinetic blast. I didn't even have to blackmail them.

"Staraptor!" he called up, "We're done here. Let's move on."

"But-"

"NOW!"

Grumbling, Horus took flight. Malum floated onward, and began to extend his mind's eye outward.

Nothing noteworthy... for now. No new threats should emerge for a while

((And now to catch up in my RP'ing that I've missed since my vacation. Cue opening for interaction... Now!))

Waking sequence initiated.

Booting up...

Conciousness initializing...

Initialized.

Glee rose from his inconspicuous perch in an oak tree, his ovoid limbs rotating in perfect synchronicity. The Porygon2 quickly scanned the area, found no major threat, and floated off in a seemingly random direction.

((I'm back. Cue opening to interaction... Now!))

Booting up...

Conciousness initialiazing...

Complete.

Glee floated gently above an inconspicuous branch, where his chances of being disturbed during his nighttime recharge were 87% against.

The Porygon2 rotated his limbs in a test-drivey sort of way, and then hovered in a seemingly random direction.

Ace fell backwards when the aura sphere flew a flew centimeters by his head, and then slammed into the Breloom. He growled and stood up, a blue glow slowly covering his body as he got into a fighting stance.

Lars looked at Ace, realizing what he was about to do. "Ace! Don't!" He shouted, hoping it wasn't too late.

However, Lars was a little too late with his warning. Blue flames started coming out of the ground in a close circle around Ace, coming out of them with a boom, crackling around him and then swallowing him, disappearing and leaving Ace with a blue glow around his eyes, and blue flames crackling out of the holes in his body. He started growling, and then released a blood freezing roar. He started stomping the ground with both legs, still roaring while doing it as the dragon fire started flowing trough his body. He started charging draconic energy in his mouth, and released a pulse of said energy towards the tree the Lucario jumped into, combining it with a flamethrower. After he was done, he started roaring again, stomping even harder as the flames made his body look like a house that was on fire.
(please refer to PMD 2's mega roar)

Lars walked towards the breloom, and looked at him. "You alright?" He asked, looking at the spot the aura sphere hit, and then towards where the Lucario should be. "And you'd rather move a few steps backwards if you don't want to be smashed by my cousins rampage." He said, chuckling a little and walking a few steps backwards, too. (30 feet to be presize)

(Moves used: Ace- Outrage, Earthquake, Roar, Stomp)

Scans reported no new data of note. Heat-and-energy signatures of various Pokémon showed up. Glee avoided the Pachirisu, which tended to be unhelpfully inquisitive about the Porygon2's origins and features. Some of the questions conflicted with his protocol for protecting Silph Co. secrets, and Glee himself found them rather annoying.

Skills deemed insufficient. Location of second party to add sufficient abilities recommended.

Unit G-133 needed to find a partner.

Wide-range search capabilities enabled. Beginning search now.

Glee looked around mechanically, and zoomed forward, glancing side to side in an attempt to find a suitable Pokémon to become a partner with.

As Krae was jumping through the trees, he leaped through them, barely dodging the raging flames. Damn Zangoose he thought. I need revenge. But first, I need to know his relationship between him and that Seviper. They are supposed to hate eachother, if they act like that, they must be extremly close. I can use that against me. He was so engrossed with his thoughts, he did not notice a Porygon2 and nearly smashed into...it.

ZZZTTT–––

Glee barrel-rolled out of the way, his cursor automatically locking onto the newcomer.

LUCARIO, MALE, POSSIBLE THREAT. INITIALIZING CAPABILITY 'DOWNLOAD' NOW.

ERROR. SPECIAL AND PHYSICAL DEFENSES ARE EQUAL. RANDOMIZING... SPECIAL ATTACK STAT RAISED.

With a bit of static, the Porygon2 rasped in a halting, mechanical voice, "Greetings Lucario. Please refrain from entering my defense perimeter. zztt."

He did not like this Porygon2. Not at all. He saw the Zangoose walking away, now, out of sight. He sighed. Now, there is no way to reach them now. Oh well, I might as well focus on the stone, and I could use a partner...

"Greetings, Porygon2" he said bowing. "But please, call me Krae. What is a Porygon2 doing out here, in a forest like these?"

"Do you think those cats will show up again?"

Malum glanced at Horus for a moment before turning around again. "Frankly, yes. They strike me as the persistent, suicidal type."

"But they ran off the moment you attacked their leader," The Staraptor pointed out, "If you just keep attacking her, we won't see anything of them."

"You clearly have no knowledge of tactics, bird. Otherwise, it would become clear to you that the cats would catch on and-"

He stopped moving. Horus flew down lower, saying: "Malum? What's going o-" The Bronzong cut him off by raising a metal tendril. He then pointed that tnedril in the direction he was looking in. Horus looked in that direction, and saw a Porygon2 speaking with a Lucario.

The Lucario-this Krae- inclined his spine at Glee.

Gesture identified– Bowing. Repeat gesture.

The Porygon2 incline his head and neck forward and intoned,"I am searching for an upgrade, zztt. Also: My SilphCo. Registration Code is Unit G-133. Nickname: Glee."

The digital Pokémon did a midair flip.

Is that so?

"Well, if you help me find what I am looking for, then I will help you find what you are looking for..."

Out of the corner of his eye, he saw a Staraptor and a Bronzong talking and the Bornzong was pointing something at the Porygon, but disregarded him... or her.. or was it it?

"This seems–zztt–like a beneficial arrangement. I agree, Krae," said Glee, his face showing no sign of his contentment.

Objective Achieved

Noticing his newfound partner's line of sight, the Silph-made Pokémon, swiveled his head, and saw the Bronzong and a Staraptor.

"Partner, should we–zztt–engage them, or keep a distance?"
