Open The Legend of the Nine-Tailed Fox -- Part 1: The Shadows

(([Still not accepted. When I look at it, he is still Mary-Sueish to me. And "others feel bad for him." Some foxes with different personalities might just ignore him.))

Storm nodded to ed'Rashtekaresket, and the two bounded out of camp.
"Scent anything?" ed'Rashtekaresket asked, sniffing the air himself. Storm took in a deep breath, and pointed with her snout. "There's something there, smells odd, though. Nothing I've scented before.." Ed looked in the direction Storm pointed.
"Huh, a partridge. You've never smelt one?" Storm shook her head. "Well, they're birds, kinda big. I'll go get it.." he offered, and leapt into the bush. Storm watched as a cloud of feathers exploded above the low bush, and ed'Rashtekaresket came out with a large bird in his maw. "See, partridge." He lay it at Storm's paws, and she blew a feather off her ear.
"This is pretty good, might feed two or three foxes. Come on, let's go get some more prey." She bounded ahead, looking over her shoulder at Ed, burying the partridge. He'd catch up.

((I am going to be in Canada until Wednesday and will have no access to a computer and my form has been fixed)).

((*sigh* Timejump.))
Storm padded back over to ed'Rashtekaresket with a squirrel in her jaw.
"Thass it, then? Less geback to camp," she muttered around the squirrel. ed'Rashtekaresket nodded, standing up.
"Wouldn't want to run into rogues now, carrying these. Let's get back quick." He lightly took the partridge, and ran as fast as he could to camp, Storm on his heels.
((Plot nudge))

But suddenly, there was a voice form the shadows.

"Stop! Who are you?"

A male brown fox with bright amber eyes glared suspiciously at the two others. "I hope I don't sound rude. I was trying to find my way back." At a closer glance, one could see that all his ribs were showing. He lowered his voice. "I'm an escaped rogue from the clan to the southwest. I warn you, they are trouble."

((That's us, I assume?))
Storm glared at the fox.
"An escaped rogue, are you? Well you're on our territory, so you are our clan's prisoner." ed'Rashtekaresket silenced her, brushing her with his tail.
"Ignore her," he suggested with a glare at Storm. "I am ed'Rashtekaresket t'k Gh'shestaesteh, and if you need help to get where you want to, we will gladly oblige." Storm looked at Ed.
"Why'd you tell him your name," she muttered. Ed shrugged slightly.
"He won't remember it," he smirked. "Be respectful."

The stranger chuckled slightly. "Well, I do need a place to stay, don't I? If you don't mind, I'd like to speak with your leader. And if she lets me into the clan, I could help you with the rogues..." The dark brown fox added the last part hesitantly, but grinned and closed his amber eyes pleasantly.

Storm paused, looking at Ed. He always knew what to do...
"You are welcome to stay for as long as nessecary, though it is not my place to say. I.. I am Storm." ed'Rashtekaresket gave her a look that said, Hypocrite. He nodded.
"We were just going back. Follow us, and don't try anything." He led the two the remaining way to camp, and motioned to Storm. "Go find Aurora." Storm nodded, going off.
"Aurora..?" Was she still in the healer's den?

Aurora whirled towards ed'Rashtekaresket approached her. "What is it? Do you need me for something?" She siwshed her tail and stood up straight, although not in a condescending way. A slight breeze made her feel pleasant on that stressful day, as if it had healed her bite.

"There is.. someone who'd like to speak to you," ed'Rashtekaresket nodded towards the rogue, nudging him forward. Storm stood beside Ed, waiting expectantly.

The rogue stepped up to Aurora. "I'm an escaped one from the group of rogues that lives a while off from here. I need a place to stay and.. if you don't mind, can I join your pack? I could give you information in return..."

Aurora hesitated. She stood there for a while before nodding softly. "But temporary if anything."

She approached the thick stup in the middle of the camp, giving a bark that signaled a meeting. Then she signaled for the rogue to sit on the stump. "What is your name?"

"For now, just call me Psi."

((Name: Psi

Gender: Male

Rank: Warrior

Appearance: A short-furred fox with a dark brown pelt. The only white on him is on his paws and ear-tips. His eyes are a bright, gleaming amber.

Personality: Polite and calm, he's not easily perturbed. He is friendly to others and tries to stay on their good side. However, he isn't that confident and doesn't ask that determinedly. He really doesn't expect much from himself, but is supportive of the others in his pack.

History: Was a rogue in the rogue clan until he joined the Leaf clan. He wasn't treated that badly, but he wasn't treated well either. However, he managed to remain cool and escape in the darkness of the night.

Power: Speaking to others using telepathy.

Other:))

Nonoshiri looked up and immediately dashed to the stump with a fox bark. He sniffed and caught an unfamiliar scent. He caught that the rogue's name was Psi. "What--" he asked, but caught his mouth before the question could escape.

Dustie heard the meeting bark and dashed out of her den. She looked to the stump, and... saw an umfamiliar fox. Well, if that fox is sitting on the stump, Aurora has a good reason why.

ed'Rashtekaresket nodded to Psi.
"Well, it's nice to meet you then, Psi." Storm whipped her tail, coming up beside Ed.
"And.. since you're in our pack now, I'm sorry if I seemed rude." She dipped her head, offering him the squirrel. "If you're hungry..."

Akira walked out of the warriors den ((assuming that we are splitting up the dens))
walked up to Aurora and said "whats is going on, I smell a rogue" and then he noticed Psi and said "who is that, did we capture a rogue"?

((Punctuation?))

"Not capture," Aurora announced. "He is an escapee who has been invited into our clan. His name is Psi, and he will be staying with us for a while."

Bashfully, Psi hesitated, then took the squirrel from Storm. "...Thank you."

((Did you even read the front post?

1. Read the rules. No one-liners, and only do things that are at least half significant to the plot.
2. It's the Leaf clan. Stated in the plot.))

Again, Psi paused, but then nodded. "Thank you. I never got your name though." He tilted his head slightly. "What is your name?" His tail was wagging to the left slightly, his dark brown fur bristling. He was uncomfortable in his new surroundings, but they would take care of him well, wouldn't they?
