Open Ultimate Trainer Takes Over!

"Aim the beam at the left one, then use Blizzard!"
Suicune concentrated, and the beam pointed at the Latios on the left. Suicune concentrated again, and a Blizzard started raging.
 
"Latios, Double-Team again, then all of you Luster Purge!" The Latios split into 5 total now. 2 were destroyed, so it was back down to 3. Then all of them charged up a Luster Purge attack. As this was going on Dr. Lehrer yelled "Alright class, the bell rings in 10 minutes! Everyone gets 2 more attacks!"
 
Ned appeared as if he had an idea. "Suicune, stay right where you are!"
Suicune stood still as the Luster Purge came closer. When it was about to hit, Ned yelled to Suicune. "Mirror shield, now!"
The ball of energy reflected off Suicune's now reflective body, and rushed at full speed toward all of the Latios.
 
((Uh, iphillip1, I can't do anything until you attack. So if you could post soon, that'd be great. >> Otherwise, I'm just gonna say I win. Kidding, kidding.))
 
"Allright, Erican, use Volt Tackle, full power!" "JUMP!" Purification jumped and Erican hit a wall. "Allright, Pury, use Aurora Beam!" It hit Erican, still dazed from the wall hit. "Erican, get up!" Erican did so and fired Thunderbolt without masters command. "Quick, Pury, counter with Aurora Beam!" The two attacks collided, but the Aurora Beam eventually broke throuh. "Pika!" Erican yelled as he hit the floor and fainted. "I won!" Mysti yelled, hugging her Suicune. "Aw, gimme a break..." Chris said as he recalled his Pikachu.
 
Upon realising that the lesson was almost over, Gwen breathed a sigh of relief. She wouldn't have to battle again. She was suddenly torn as to which battle to watch. Link was still fighting, but the girl she had beat earlier was fighting someone else, and her Crobat had vanished, yet for some reason it's opponent had stuck it's arm out in front of it - apparently without command
Where did it go? she wondered
 
As Shade successfully hit the Blaziken, Aria told her Crobat, "Now, use Poison fang, as fast as you can!"

Shade hissed in a bat-like way, and opened his mouth wide, heading for the Blaziken's shoulder.
 
Darn, thought Will, seeing Blake hit hard and the Crobat re-appear.
"Counter with Flare Blitz now!" he roared. Blake's body burst instantly into flames and he leaped at the Crobat, fist raised, ready to follow up his attack.
 
((Oh, sorry.))

Dangit, protect thought Link. The attack was blocked."Alright Combusken! Use Flamethrower!" A giant burst of fire came out of Combusken's mouth at Kitty.
 
"Shade, quick! If you can dodge, do so, and then use Air Cutter!" Aria commanded.

Shade attempted to dart away, but one of his wings was still hit, and burned badly. He faltered in the air, and began to fly harder with his remaining wings. Determined, he created a sharp blade of air and hurled it as hard and fast as he could towards the Blaziken.
 
"Up, Now!"

Blake was able to get above the attack, but his feet were clipped by the blade of air and he pan through the air and crashed onto one knee.

"Overheat"

A huge blast of thermal energy blasted out in all directions, slamming into everything around. Will was prepared and stayed on his feet, but Gwen would have been blasted over had Mespirit not deflected the attack away from her.
 
Mysti called back Pury and ran to next class. "Hey, wait for me!" Chris said, doing the same.
 
Shade was painfully hit by the attack, struggling on what seemed like a single hit point.

"As fast as you can, combine Fly with Poison fang, in one turn! Blake should be tired out!"

Shade struggled, but quickly followed orders, rocketing into the sky but not daring to wait, and he came back down with his mouth open, wings held back.
 
"Blake, counter with flame wheel!"
Blake's body was drenched in fire again, but Will knew something was wrong.
"NOT FLARE BLITZ!!" he roared, but Blake was no longer listening, and leapt towards it's opponent.
 
Argh! If only Shade knew Double Team... he was so weakened that he wasn't nearly fast enough to dodge, and the recoil from Flare Blitz would almost surely defeat Blake; he was definitely weakened by now, wasn't he?

The best she could do was counter.

"Shade, spin in the air and use Air Cutter, blowing the fire away from yourself and hitting Blake's exposed front, then use Poison Fang again!"

The Crobat soared into the air, then whirled around in a blur of wings and fangs, facing Blake, and created a tornado of wind that blew towards Blake. Blake, for sure, was burning in fire, but wind always pushed fire in the direction it was going. The fire either went into Blake's eyes or exposed his body, and while he was hopefully distracted, Shade, still spinning, flew in for a final attack.

"No, not Fly, Poison Fang!" Aria cried, but she knew that Shade's competitive attitude, much like hers, was inexorable.
 
"I know that, but stopping now is unlikely to be an option."
Will now knew the best he could do was be ready to stop Blake if he became a threat to anyone else. To that end he pulled out another pokéball and had Blake's in his other hand just in case.
The blow back sent fire towards Blake, but he leaped again, straight into the wind - and Will saw the electrical energy crackling around his right fist, which Blake raised and slammed into the oncoming Crobat.

Mespirit removed the shield which had protected Gwen from the overheat, and she promptly fell to the floor with a thud.
