• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

Open Ultimate Trainer Takes Over!

Shade was shocked on his wing, but was hooked, and he whirled around his caught wing, putting all his attack's force onto Blake's arm, then injecting him with poison from his fangs.

Blake responded by launching another fire blast at the Crobat. At this range - and with it occupied by it's own attack - the shot could not miss.
"Don't do anything stupid Blake," called Will, but he doubted he would have an effect.

((Are you sure Blake wouldn't be defeated by now, judging by how hard Shade was fighting, and how many attacks he launched?))

Shocked, all Shade could do was flap his wings furiously, hoping to blow away the fire, but, to his despair, it failed.

Shade was practically scorched black, and hung in the air for a moment before falling to the ground.

Aria rushed over to her Crobat, and cradled him in her arms, letting her tears try to revive him, but they did nothing. He felt warm against her, but still didn't twitch.

Why must I always LOSE!? Aria shouted to herself in her mind, but she hadn't realized that she had said it aloud also.

((Just bolding it so that you would see it.))

"I'm sorry it had to be your first loss," she said to her Poison-type, "I'm sorry, buddy."

Dolefully, and reluctantly, she withdrew her Pokémon, and silently exited class, not bothering to look at the supposedly twisted, victorious look on the boy's face.

((Philly? You completely ignored my attack, then ended class. You could've made it so that class would end when the next Pokémon was knocked out.))

((Oh, sorry. Let's finish this the you go.))

"Latios, use Protect!" Latios raised a shield of energy around himself.

"Now, Suicune, before the Luster Purge hits! Use Blizzard!"
A small Blizzard formed around the Latios, and it was Protected.

"Latios, dodge!" The Latios quickly moved out of the way of the Luster Purge."Latios, Now! Areal Ace Dragon Claw Combo" Latios dove down close to the ground, attempting to dive under Suicune and rise up with Dragon Claw.

"Suicune, dodge!"
Too late. The Latios ducked underneath Suicune and lifted it off the ground, at the same time using Dragon Claw. Suicune was left up near the ceiling, only to plummet to the ground. "Use Tailwind to rush toward Latios! Then hit him with a charged-up Ice Beam!"
Suicune righted itself in the air, and a sudden wind, seeming to come from the north, zoomed Suicune toward the Latios. It charged an Ice Beam to moderately high power, and released it when close to the target.

"Kitty! D-"
Oh wait, class is over.
Zelda recalled Kitty and bowed dramatically, then said in her best "ye oldy times" voice (Proud that she was able to say it with a completely straight face),
"As we have run out of time, ye hero of time, I declareth mineself the winner and dare ye to challenge this truth. Princess Zee doth departeth, I bid thee farewell."
With that, she sent out Kitty again, gathered her stuff, and made it a few steps out of the room before laughing. Kitty sat on her head and purred happily.
I have way too much fun talking like that. Ye oldy times. Fun, fun. Wonder what the chances are of him spazzing out 'cause of me calling him that. Hope he does.

Blake dropped to his hands and knees breathing hard.
Will returned him. Thank goodness for that at least.
"I'm impressed by that Crobat, miss, and I'll be honest: I only know of one other pokémon which has managed to match Blake, and that's one of my own," Will explained, brandishing the second pokéball he was holding, "and I doubt it helps when Blake doesn't even look like he's weakening until he's almost at the point of collapse."

(To be honest one more attack from shade and the battle would have ended (with a twist, but I'll save that for another day))

Gwen could feel someone poking here. "Stop it," she mumbled, then realised she was on the classroom floor.
What! What am I doing down here? she asked, standing up, scooping Towy into her arms and desperately hoping nobody had seen her
"You were overwhelmed by the emotional pressure you were under, combined with the fact that you were facing down an attack which was coming towards you"
Err...OK then, whatever you say

"You're late, Mr. Conrad, that gives you a black mark." The art teacher said with his strong voice. He was fat, with a black moon and mustache, he wore a polka dotted shirt and a brown leather jacket over, Grey, tight jeans and black shoes. Valor's teacher, Mr. Joggert, may be an arts master, but his sense of fashion wasn't much to be proud of. He wrote something down on a piece of paper.

"Sorry..." Valor mumbled and sat down on his seat. The others seemed to be drawing, mostly Pokémon body parts, but some bones and lines. Hey, what are we supposed to do?" Valor leaned over to one of his classmates.

"Quiet in class, Mr. Conrad, or I'll have to give you another blackmark..." Mr. Joggert said without turning from the blackboard. He was drawing something. It was an arm, no wait, a leg, probably from some canine or feline pokémon. Valor humphed, then whispered to his friend, Ben, again. "Whisper it, or Yogurt might hear you." They called Mr. Joggert for Yogurt sometimes.

"We're drawing Pokémon Anatomy. Yogurt said it was repeating for the upcoming test." Ben whispered back. He was drawing the same thing as Mr. Yogurt did.

"What test? And why are you copying his drawing?" Valor said, getting out his pencil case and some drawing paper. He always kept some paper in his bag, in case he just had to draw something.

"An Anatomy test. And because I'm lazy." Ben finished the leg, then began drawing he rest of the Pokémons body.

"Again? I mean, we've done a lot of a-"

"Second warning." Yogurt interupted him, "The next time I catch you talking in class I'll give you two blackmarks, Mr. Conrad. And that counts for you too, Mr. Luttern." He turned from the blackboard and pointed at Ben with his piece of chalk.

"Sorry, Mr. Joggert." Ben and Valor said in unison, then Valot consentrated on drawing. He decided to draw an Umbreon, and started on it's front left paw.

"WAIT! ZELDA! You didn't win! We tied. And why the flip did you talk like that?" Link yelled. He then called back his pokemon and ran after Zelda.

"OK, well, I've seen weird things. But NOTHING weirder than that. But anyway, HEY NED! Its your move!" Dr. Lehrer was getting impatient.

Ahem.

((Dammit, why do I never see that. Sorry))

"Latios, turn around and use Flamethrower, then follow up with Steel Wing"

"Dur hur, thank you Sherlock. You're smarter than ya' let on. I know we tied, and it's fun to talk like that."
Zelda laughed and walked away looking slightly annoyed.

Mysti and Chris burst into art class. "Sorry we're late. We had a battle to finish." Mysti said. "Yeah, and she won..."

((I know that Philly, but I'm confused as to what happened in the post. You should add a description of what happened in addition to the dialogue))
