• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

    Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

    Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

  • O_O Oh. So that wasn't hypothetical. Well, glad to hear that you're feeling not as depressed. Depression is bad. As long as I couldn't tell, you're either a good e-actor or you weren't depressed enough to let is show. (Or I'm just dense, which is also very probable.)

    Well once you get me started it's challenging to get me to stop. ^.^;;
    So once I getting started I get in the mood for it and my mind just pours out these kinds of theorys. I write them in a sophisticated, but simple way I guess. *shrugs*
    I'm not growing persay gaining knowledge and wisdom. We don't just grow up, we choose to grow up. Those adults who are kids at heart? Exactly as their title sugests, they didn't want to grow out of their childish ways. Again, a situation that calls for balance, you can never be to much of an adult and you can never be to much of a kid. Adults have responsibilitys, kids at hearts need to realize this and tackle those responsibilitys seriously and in a mature manner. Of course when it comes time for play they can let loose and be childish. My dad is a great example of this. He is the general manager of a large hotel and his job is very tough work. He does it with... God.. It's indescribable how well he pulls it off. Amazing doesn't do it justice. His employees respect him not for the power he has, but for the way he treats them, also with respect and understanding. I'm getting off topic though, the point is that my dad has a challenging job that requires an adult level of maturity and responsibility. The thing is though, when it's time for play he's all for it. He'll crack jokes, laugh, and if it weren't for an old back injury I bet he would be running around with a squirtgun. He balences out his adult and kid side excelently. I wish you could meet him, he's just awesome.

    Never lose the kid inside of you.
