Say your withdrawing them, and put links to their approval posts. Also, you can only withdraw one since you already have nine out of the maximum ten active pokemon.

To get both in your active squad, use a pokemon of an equal or higher rarity (than your desired pokemon) that is in your squad to do so. For example, if I wanted to withdraw a Tropius, I would post something like:

Withdrawing my Tropius (link) with my Aerodactyl (link). Depositing my Sentret to make room for it (link).

(that would work since the Aerodactyl that I used to withdraw my Aerodactyl is a higher rarity than that of the Tropius)
