Open Legend of the Stone Tablet

"So, what are you guys's dorm numbers?" Ashely asked Ava and Aria. "Mine is number 2. I really hope I have a nice roommate!"

"Uh... three!" Aria replied, suddenly remembering. Onestar nodded.

"So... where are the dorms, anyway?" Aria wondered aloud. Onestar twitched his tail, asking the same thing in his head.

Aria realized that she knew nothing at all about this place.

Ava shrugged. "I'm four, that's all I know..." She looked down at Josephine, who tilted her head. "Foood?"

"You're going to have to wait," her Trainer said. Ava looked up at the ceiling, lost in thought.

This is going to be great! I'll have my own dorm and everything! I wonder who I'll share it with!

Here it was, her dorm. Kinara opened the door and stepped inside, throwing her bags on the bed next to the wall. It seemed really empty. For now.
The girl opened the bags and put away some clothes, mostly hoodies and t-shirts. She unfolded a music stand and her flute case, and started putting the flute together. She could play something on it later. While she was unpacking, Artemis was walking around in circles, looking bored.

Aria finally found her dorm, and went inside. There was someone there. "Oh, hi! You must be sharing my dorm." She then gasped. "You're a flute player? That's awesome!"
Aria sat down on the nearby bed and began reading her manga again.

Kinara grinned and scribbled on some paper,
You too? Sweet!
She hated having to write what she wanted to say, but it didn't really matter. She picked up the flute and played part of the Zelda theme from memory, mostly to show off. She tossed the flute back onto her bed and continued unpacking.

Ashley wondered the school area and eventually found her dorm. Unlocking it with the key she had, she cautiously walked in with Swimmy.
"Hmm, my roommate must not be here yet," Ashley said to herself. She plopped herself down on one of the beds as her Magikarp started slithering throughout the room.

Eric frowned. "Anyways, I better find my dorm. See you later! If you want to talk, my dorm number is 6," Eric told the boy, still caught a bit off guard by the guy liking him

[Orngsumb? Hello?]

Xackori walked around, looking for dorm number 5. "Silver, you see a door with the number 5, tell me, 'kay?"
"Char!" The girls still walked around, until Silver spoke up, meaning that she found the dorm. "Nice."

Xackori unlocked the door and closing it immidatley after she walked inside. "Wonder if my roomate's gonna be crazy, or if they're gonna be calm, serene, and sensible." She thought for a moment. "Nope, they're probably gonna be crazy." She sat on her bed, thinking about how this place is going to be for her. "Cool? Like a normal school? Who knows?"

Arylett was already in her dormitory, dormitory number 2, when her room mate had entered. Hmm, she didn't seem to have taken much notice of her. Ah well, it was okay. She wasn't that notable a person anyway, she tended to blend into the environment.

...Okay, so she was a bit frustrated. Just wow was all she had to think. Why did she have to be so... so dull and blend into things?

In any case, she didn't want to be noticed by the blond haired girl who had just walked in and had not taken notice of her. She narrowed her dark eyes slightly at her. Already she could tell she wasn't going to get along... look at the type of clothes that girl was wearing! Arylett certainly did not approve. She growled very quietly, in both an attempt to get attention and show her distain.

...Bleh, one of those social types.

Ashley lifted her head and noticed a girl had entered her room, most likely her roommate. She noticed the scowl she had on her face, but blatantly ignored it. She hopped off the bed and introduced herself.

"Oh, hi! Are you in this dorm?" Ashley asked, just to make sure.

Ava managed to find her dorm, number four. When she opened the door and stepped inside, there was no one there. Maybe the roommate was late? She shrugged and sat on the bed. For once, her mind was blank for ideas and her latest drawing finished. She needed inspiration.

"Bunbuneary!" Josephine jumped on to the bed and lay down. "This is comfortable," she said happily and lay on her side, curled up nearly into a ball.

Arylett continued her scowl. Hmph! She was trying that social nicety stuff with her. As if she wanted to socialize with her! Ha!

The girl tried to think of a response... hesitation... hesitation... more hesitation. She didn't know what was the correct reaction. What emotions was she supposed to be feeling?

"Yes." Her painfully shy dark eyes avoided the girl's. Her face was rather shadowy, due to her lack of sleep. The response came out rather dully, almost monotonic. There was that bitter edge again... the edge of lack of sleep, grinding at her emotions. She could feel her irritation building. Bah, she wasn't in the mood to deal with all these people. Her patience was wearing thin, all she wanted was to be alone.

The awkward Arylett continued to stand there rather awkwardly.

Ashley looked at the strange girl for a moment. Wow, she looked kind of upset somehow. And very tired.
"Is there something wrong?" Ashley cautiously asked.

...Dammit.

Not that question. The picky noisy question. Proding and poking... of course something was wrong!

But Arylett wasn't about to admit that. Oh no. She never did.

"I'm fine." Said the shadow eyed girl dully again, avoiding her eyes. The awkwardness of the moment was washing down on her. She could feel that discomfort again... why did she have to be all alone in a room with this girl? So... awkward.

And the sheepish silence fell again.

Ashley decided that the awkward silence was just a bit too much. She started wandering around the room looking for Swimmy.

"I don't suppose you've seen a Magikarp around here...?" Ashley asked the girl.

Jason wheeled into the room, is wheelchair creaking. The door was open. Flare hopped off of the wheelchair, looking around the room. The floor was covered in sapphire blue carpeting, a ruby red chandelier hanging from the ceiling. The crytal colored walls reflected off a white light. Two separate oak king sized beds, made up of silver sheets and conforters fit neatly on either side of a pine wood nightstand. On the left of either bed sat a black television set, complete with a chrome DVD Player. To the far left of the room was a window with gold curtians drawn back. Looking outside, Flare could see the tress rustling in the breeze. All was calm at this time of day. Turning around on her nobby legs, Flare noticed that Jason was attemping to force himself to walk. Poor triner, I wish I could help, she thought as she wobbled over to the boy. Patting his leg, she smiled up at him. "Char man cha char." she spoke, before noticing Tala in the room. Frightened by the aura the girl gave off, Flare wrapped her tail arond her body protectively.

"Eerrrm... no..." She carefully avoided meeting the girl's eyes with her dark shadowed ones, observing the room with false interest. Normally she would've been at least mildly interested in a new environment, but that stranger's presence, of which Arylett was immensely aware of, was making her very nervous. She wasn't sure if she was going to like having a room mate...

So little privacy.

And that was all that mattered to Arylett. Privacy. For she lived a life, a life of much secrets. And craved privacy. With it, she wouldn't have to keep lying. Of course, that was out of the question... she just hoped her room mate wasn't the Curious Type. Sticking her overpowdered preppy nose in everything. Probably yes, figured Arylett with a small sigh. She then looked at Arkra vaguely, who seemed to have been staring at her.

Arylett wandered over to the bed and sat down upon it, her Horsea plodding after her. It was... something to do in this awkward quiet moment she supposed.

...This school year was going to be painfully long.
