Well, I WILL say that some of the bibarel look ok, except for the last one. on a scale of 1-10, I give this team a *shot*.

However, one way to test if your team is good is to try it out on a competitve battling server.
 
pfft, Magikarp-only is easy. Get to critical, flail, hope you outspeed everything.

This, though, this requires true artistry. Tip of the hat.

Dude, my bibarel will be awesome. Even my level 5/6 bidoof do pretty well against -- everyone, really.

I like how all but two have surf. Give one of them Earthquake.
 
perhaps male combees, or shroomishes. (not that they're bad, just low base stats)

also, I like the idea of a whole Bibarel team. (sp?) it's... different. and New, that's for sure.
