Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.
Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.
Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?
The shutdown of what?
All of this is as true as cake.
The bottom line is an entity that is $14 trillion in debt can't be allowed to continue on the same path it's on.
What's awesome about a government shutting down?
In serious though, why is it fair to tax people with more money more money? Sure, some of them don't deserve that cash, but others have worked hard their entire lives to climb the corporate ladder. Why should those with cash pay a higher percentage than those with less?

I'm pretty sure it was George Carlin who said... Uh... Something.
He said something about how life is shit, and it's fun to revel in others' misfortune.
I agree.
EDIT: But that, like, goes against capitalism! That can't happen! How dare you!

I know that when I'm feeling down, I just turn on the television, look at some Libyans being torn to shreds, women being denied basic control over their bodies or all of the funding for social services and arts be cut completely from a country's budget, and then allow a slow smile to set over my face as I realize my life is great.I'm pretty sure it was George Carlin who said...
