Usually, I only play to get all the Pokemon and such, but I got addicted to treasure hunting once in Diamond.
 
I like whooping Tough Contests with my Machamp. :3 And shining my badges, it's fun to hear the squeaky sound. O 3O
 
Lets see:

R/B- Glitches, Glitches, and More Glitches! Actually, I restarted Red, so I have to complete that now...

G/S/C- Well, since right now Gold is the only one working properly, I tend to just battle Red when I feel like it. Sometimes I go take a stroll in the Safari Zone, or mess around with the "Walk through Walls" code thanks to my Gameshark.

R/S/E- I have lost my complete Ruby, Sapphire wasn't beat when I lost it, and I also lost my complete Emerald. But luckily I had a second Ruby to cheat on, found my Sapphire, and got a second Emerald for christmas to past the time before D/P. On Emerald version, I'm trying to get a frontier symbol(I suck) and I was EV training some pokemon, but it turns out I had miscalculated and now have to defeat another 50 or so Zubat for just one of them, so I kinda stopped playing it for a while.

D/P- I need to beat my jap. Diamond, and Pearl I just like to fly around and do stuff. You know, training pokemon, battling the E4, battling my rival, digging, hunting for shinies, failing at chaining, and polishing my badges.
 
Oh, well if we're talking about glitches here, I love to find Missing No. and 'M and whatever the name of the other one is. I also like exploring Glitch City :3
 
I love to go underground and search for shiny thingys! I also like to dust off my bagdes and then play songs with the little squeeky noises =B (Hehe I made a new type of smiley)

--Tend to my Berries
--Keep my badges clean.
 
Mostly just do contests and go look for treasures. (The Claw Fossils like me. I have about five of them. :D)
 
Raid the underground, contests & extra thingies like that and ACTION REPLAY THE HELL OUT OF STUFF. Its awesome

G/S/C - Explore for the hell of it. Love Johto. XD

R/S/E - EV train. It's like a sport of it's own. I love EV training a Pokemon on much weaker Pokemon so that they battle about 40 to gain a level, and when they do the stat that you are training goes up by about six. I did it on a Castform once so it had as much Sp. Atk as my Blaziken. Fun fun fun.

D/P - Deposit two of my team Pokemon in the Daycare and take thousands of steps to level them up. I did this with my Pachirisu and took 100,000 steps, which leveled it up from Lv. 45 to Lv. 55. It's so much freakin' fun! :D
