What's your favourite shape of pasta?

If I were ordering at a restaurant I'd probably expect penne since it looks nice and goes well with sauces, but at home I always get the shell shaped ones.

I do like spaghetti too but since I have that with different kinds of toppings I sort of mentally separate it from other kinds of pasta.

Fusilli (spiral shape)! It makes me really happy, for some reason. I like conchiglie (that's the seashell one) and farfalle (the kinda bowtie-shaped one) also. They're so cute and pretty.

Fusilli are all twirly and whoo and awesome. I think I've only actually had penne, spaghetti, linguine, fusilli, farfalle and lasagne, though. I must devour more shapes.

also lasagne is smelly

What do you call a single piece of stuffed pasta? Tortelonely.

I like fusilli best because it's the easiest to drain properly. I usually have penne because it's cheapest, but even if I shake the colander, there's always bits of water left and it makes my sauce too runny :(

Well, it probably depends on context. I like spaghetti with some fancy Italian tomato sauce, tortellini with ketchup and bow ties with something sweet.
