Also, does pay for registry spriters work retroactively? Either way I think Shocktail should be getting some money; iirc he did the sprites for the Hennic line.

No, you don't get money for sprites you made before you became an official spriter. I'll go back and check if the Hennic line was before or after Dark Shocktail got that position.
