• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

Open The Torn Village [Now Started]

Fury turned and saw Achamo talking to the Wurmple who had signed up for Cobalt. He turned back form his lubmerings.
"Greetings Dreamer."

Richard listened to Grovyle's speech while fickling with his auto-mail arm. He stood in the shade of a building.

"Immortality..." He mumbled, and his steel arm stretched out to it's full length, "Out of my reach again..." He grasped the air, then pulled it back. He grinned, "Too bad I lost my old life... My money, my rank, fame... I miss it"

He let his arms hang at his sides as he went to look for his team, Team Cobalt. The name fit him, so he joined it.

There they were, all three of them. Fury, Dreamer and Achamo. Urk. Bug and Fire, enemies of his type. Though, Ground weren't too bad. Ahaha, my enemy type too! Have I no type allies here? He joked to himself, then approached them.

"Good mornin' Fury. Achamo. Dreamer."

"Well, I had a hunch everyone would find me at the Market. I was right! Hi, Fury, Rich. What do you guys think about this whole Exploration thing?" said Achamo, trying to pass time and get to know his team mates better.

"Good morning," said Dreamer. She may have wanted to take over the world, but she wasn't below common corteousy. In reply to Achamo's question, she added, "I am excited about the coming exploration. Giratina should come back." And change me into my original form, she silently added to herself.

"...Ah, I see." Achamo could tell he wasn't getting anywhere. "Well, the sun's setting, and I think we should be heading back..."

Mark snapped awake. He seemed to have dozed off in the Base. Blinking all four eyes, he crawled from the cushion he had put in the base a while back and headed off into the Torn Grove.
The clearing was covered in twisted, occasionally geometrically impossible, trees and bushes, and Mark scuttled, in turn, to several of them. He eventually gathered Pecha, Oran, Cheri, Sitrus, Lum, Persim, Aspear, Rawst, and Chesto Berries, along with his favorite Watmel berries, which he had planted himself.
He stuck them all in his large, blue bag and crawled up a tree. There, he ripped open a Watmel Berry and gobbled it down with an unseen mouth.

Karma could barely hear Dusk's call, it sounded like a whisper. However, she tried to follow the noise, then noticed the Vaporeon. She bounded over to him, then nodded her head in greetings.

"Hello, Dusk." She squeaked.

Raven called, "Get ready for tomorrow, everyone! We must find Giratina!" She decided to get some rest, since she didn't have much chance in the night, and she flew up to a tree and sat, watching the scene below her.

Vine nodded and swung himself up into a high branch and wrapped both arms once, twice, three times around it, then let the rest of his body hang, his feet dangling and pointing straight downwards.

A stray Beedrill suddenly zipped past him. He shot out with one of his vines, cracking it like a whip, and a moment later he had popped it into his mouth - after removing the stingers, of course.

"Ah, good old bed." mumbled Achamo, now in his cabin. As he said those words, he began to drift off. Achamo was, and always has been, a quick and heavy sleeper, even in the Torn World.

Moon decided it was time to sleep, so he silently walked thyrou the strange Torn World that was his normal after all the time beeing here. He went inside his small home on the outskirts of the Torn Village, and laid down to rest. He was a very light sleeper his life here.

"Well, I'm leaving for bed." Richard said, then jumped into a nearby tree, his metal claws dug into the bark, and then into the window of his bedroom. He landed on his bed.

"Shit. Now it's dirty." He said, jumped off quickly so that it wouldn't get more dirty, then started dusting away the dirt.

When he was pleased, he rolled at some screws in his metal arm, and with a loud CLUNK, it fell on the floor. All that was left of it was the metal that was not his arm, the base.

Rick picked up the metal arm with his right hand, and then swung it onto a desk nearby.

"Immortality..." He jumped in under his bedcarped and looked at the metal arm on the desk. "... Giratina will give me it, I'm sure."

The Grovyle closed his eyes then slowly began to drift off.

It was late and Yi headed down a path leading to her place where she usually spends nice nights out. She had given up on looking for her fellow teammates of Team Yellow, deciding that she would defiantly find them during the announcement from Grovyle, and went looking for berries instead. Luckily, the purple pokemon was able to find some Oran berries and several Sitrus berries growing wild on a bush.

Finally, Yi reached the place where she had first woken up after she had been killed and reborn. A single tree stood near the top of the small hill not too far from the Torn Center. She circled around the bedding area a couple of times before laying herself down carefully, not wanting to crush the berries she had collected for her team. Slowly, the Espeon drifted off into sleep.

Achamo awoke in the morning. No dreams today... he thought. Achamo got ready and headed for Torn Center.

Dusk awoke and yawned. He was bored. He didn't want to fish, he didn't want to swim. He padded off to Torn Center.

Raven spread her wings, and headed straight for the middle of the base. She did the wake up call, then headed towards Torn Center on two legs instead of wings. She was rather slow, but the Staravia was a bit bored of flying for the moment.
