Oh, man. Starters have always been some of my favorite Pokemon. Heck, what hasn't?

Anyways, Charizard, for the following reasons...

-It was my first starter ever.
-Mascot of my first (And almost favorite) Pokemon game. Not Red, FireRed.
-It's the Pokemon I most associate Pokemon with, even before Pikachu.
-Appearance wise, I like it the most.

So there.

EDIT: Aw, come on guys. Venusaur needs more love.
 
I really like Empoleon. It looks very strong and pretty, and seems like one of those things you don't want to battle.
 
I'll pick one from each generation: Venusaur, Typhlosion, Swampert, and Torterra.

But on the poll I'll vote Typhlosion.

Charizard for me. Can't beat those good old days of RBY (although I picked bulbasaur and squirtle the first two times I played that game). Also, dragonness gets my vote. However, I really like most of the starter final-evos--sceptile is a close second, but I like torterra and infernape as well. Empoleon is something I'd like to try out a bit more, and venusaur was one of my absolute favorites in RBY days. The Johto starters are really the only ones I don't care for much, although ironically Johto is my favorite region.
