• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

What national holiday is on your birthday?

MentheLapin

Oh, Reflux, you're so big and strong!
Here's a big list of what the page calls "national" "days". (No it's not, it's down. The same list can be found here, although take caution: it's a damn ugly site.)

There are some odd ones there - My Bucket's Got A Hole In It Day, anyone?

...so what "national" "day" falls on your birthday? I'm actually rather interested to see :T

(There are two on mine; German-American Day, and Come and Take It Day, the latter further purporting to me being a total slut.)

September 6 is … Fight Procrastination Day

It's also Stillbirth Remembrance Day in the US. *thumbs up*

Mine is "National Chocolate Covered Anything Day More Info on Chocolate"

I love this chart.

National Hollerin' Contest Day! /snrk

As for more conventional holidays, my birthday is on Father's Day every 5 years, including the year I was born!

ETA: my siblings are National Angel Food Cake Day and National Hoagie Day. They were also born on (Canadian) Thanksgiving and Mother's Day, haha.

December 1 is … National Pie Day and Eat A Red Apple Day

As well as AIDS Awareness Day and Rosa Parks Day.

National Ice Cream Day. I'm very okay with this.

Also, National Caviar Day, because I like fancy food and shit, mmyeah.

edit: And this is my 2000th post! yay

Weird thing is, I actually have done that before, although not on my birthday. o_O

National Chocolate Eclair Day. Whoo. Never had an eclair before, but I have had many a Long John, which is quite similar.
